I've decided to make a whole new very powerful type of monsters called infra monsters thier extremely hard to summon

[spoiler=lores][spoiler=Toon Link]This card cannot attack during the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed.. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. This card gains 200 ATK for every LIGHT monster on your side of the field. If this card destroy a monster by battle, draw 1 card from your Deck.

[spoiler=Infra Link]This card can only be Infra Summoned by the effect of "Infra #3 Final Battle". This card cannot be used as a Tribute or as a Synchro Material Monster. As long as this card remains on the field, "Toon World" cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap Cards. This card decreases the ATK of all DARK monsters on your opponent's side of the field by 500. This card cannot destroy Infra Monsters by battle (Damage Calculation applied normally). If this card is the target of a Spell or Trap Card, you may remove 1 card from both Graveyards to negate the effect and destroy that card. If this card is removed from play, remove from play half of the cards in your opponent's Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon to your side of the field "Toon Link" from your Graveyard in Attack Position.
