For the Blackwings, I would check out Syncrows tuts, they really helped me w/ mine. I don't know much about tempest builds, so I can't help you there.

Your Endymion deck needs 3x Breaker the Magical Warrior

 

Breaker + Magical Citadel = Infinite Mystical Space Typhoon.

 

Not sure what to neg though...
