Simple name, Wind Mage. The pic fits perfectly and I like it.

 

She has good ATK, alright Defense. WIND and Spellcaster are obvious.

 

Coming to her effect, we see she cannot be Special Summoned. Drag. But that helps restrict her effect. She is a free Summoning once per turn Level 5 or lower WIND or WingedBeast monster from the hand. And she also becomes the center of attention for battle if the monsters you control are only WIND or WingedBeast.

 

OCG: "...Level 5 or below.." should be "...Level 5 or lower..".

 

Overall: I think it's a fabulous card. Though I think she could have less ATK, cause of she can only be selected as an Attack Target thing.

 

I rate a 7.6/10 for your card, because it helps WIND and Winged-Beasts a ton. It's also simple, but effective. So keep up the good work.
