Here's the first arc, Revenge of the Dark Signers:

 

Now, there is a new generation of Signers and Dark Signers, but the Signers don't know about it yet. Also, the Arcadia Movement has been reconstructed, and now serves the Dark Signers. The Dark Signers destroy the bridge connecting Neo Domino City and Satellite. The Signers get kidnapped by the Arcadia Movement and are taken to the Dark Signer's hideout, and all the dark duels begin.
