Pay 1500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 5 or 6 monster from your Graveyard, the Summoned monsters ATK is decreased by 300.

 

 

When this monster is Summoned successfully, put 1 "Piper Token" on it. When this monster is used as Material for a Synchro Summon, remove the "Piper Token" instead (its treated as a level 4 monster). When this card is Tributed, tribute the "Piper Token" instead. When this card is attacked, remove the "Piper Token" instead. When this card is destroyed, you lose 900 Life Points.

I'd go for that, but it would be kind of annoying and OP'd (Over Powered) so naw, I won't try it.
