Max Darkness
Why is Oraklion in full caps? As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Special Summoned DARK and LIGHT monsters must be Summoned in face-up Defense Position. If this card is removed from the field by your opponent's Trap or Effect Monster Card effect, Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" or "Light and Darkness Dragon" from your hand or Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. So, this card is really good for a Water Deck user since it can mess up a Lightsworn or Zombie strategy incredibly well? I'll admit, the first part of the effect is a very good stall effect if using a non-Dark or Light Deck, but the last part of the effect turns it into Dark support; which means it doesn't really work that well. You have to decide whether this is Dark and Light support or whether it's anti-support. [spoiler=]Support: When this card is activated, switch all monsters you control to face-up Defense Position. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all DARK and LIGHT monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF for each Defense Position monster you control. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you can switch 1 Defense Position DARK or LIGHT monster you control to Attack Position to negate the effect and destroy the card. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower DARK or LIGHT monster from your hand or Graveyard on face-up Defense Position. Anti-Support: When this card is activated, switch all DARK and LIGHT monsters on the field to face-up Defense Position. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all DARK and LIGHT monsters must be Summoned in Defense Position. In addition, during battle between a non-DARK or LIGHT monster you control and a Defense Position DARK or LIGHT monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. During each of your End Phases, discard a number of cards from your Deck equal to the number of Monsters your opponent controls. If you do not, this card is destroyed. 6/
Lord Ursus
I agree with Max that you should go for one of his examples. Preferably, I would go for the first. As it is now, I don't like the pic, as it is very blurry, so try replacing it. Interesting idea, though. G.

ragnarok1945
the 2nd effect seems better suited for a DARK deck, which seems to contradict the 1st effect of the card 7/
