Recoloring the render itself red is what made this piece monotone. I don't think you intentionally recolored it, rather, the adjustments layers you added changed its color. Just a guess though, I could be wrong. The background has some purple going with the red, which looks really nice, and you have pretty good looking effects going on too, but you need more on the left side of the tag.

 

I'd say allow the render to retain some of its original color, like its skin color, and add some more effects to the left side.

Bit too mono, and the red C4D to the left side of her is a bit distracting. Also, you messed up the lighting THIS much. It's opposite. No real blending either. I browsed your threads, and I can see you can do better.

The style of the focal is really clashing with the effects for me. The focal looks distinctly hand drawn, and the artificiality of the effects and the lighting makes it look n00bish and flat. Try again.
