None of them is OP'ed anymore. You can think they are' date=' but they aren't. O_O

Thats nice, you're telling us how to think. The fact is, you CAN'T.

If someone thinks cards are OP'ed, then work with it. You can't just say "You're cards are OP'ed" "No they're not, you think they are, but they're not just because I said so."

Ok, how aboout this: tell us HOW they are Op'ed so that they can be fixed. if you say "These are op'ed" your wasting everyones time because then they can't be fixed, because your the only one who knows how they are broken, and you don't have the ability to fix them. as for my rating, 9.8/10

Just because they're high level and high attack doesn't make it right. Most of the time, it works to make them lower levels with a little lower attack. As a matter of fact, I JUST did that in my topic.

Let me go through each card for you:

Topaz Dragon: Lower it to 2400 ATK/DEF, or 2500 ATK/DEF at least That way, when you activate the charm, it won't be too overly powered. Since the cards were all but made into each other, most people would just go ahead and consider the charm with the dragon all but its base ATK. 3100 isn't a reasonable amount for base ATK. 2900 or 3000 is a nice amount, and even if you DON'T have the charm, it isn't a monster all on its own.

Sapphire Dragon: With its effect and charm, its ATK reaches 4300. I know you pay 3000 LP for it, but its still a little much. Maybe you should change it to pay 1000 lp and permenantly raise the ATK by 1000? And maybe make its base ATK 1600? That way, it'll reach 3000 ATK when powered up.

Emerald Dragon: 2500 ATK (with charm) not destroyed by battle? I don't know. At the very least, put (Damage calculation is applied normally) in it.

Ruby Dragon: At the very least, take out the can't be destroyed by effects, and just leave it at unaffected by Spell and Trap Cards.

Thats perfectly fine. I can see how you wanted Topaz to the be powerhouse or sorts for this group, but my suggestion for Emerald is a given anyway, isn' it? I actually thinks its incorrect OCG if you don't specify whether you do or don't recieve battle damage.

Why are you talking "2500 (With charm", how does the damn charm belong to this? A damn spell card can simply NOT make a card OP'ed. It same if i would use Axe of despair etc... -.-
