EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 card with "Millennium" in it's name. Once per turn by paying 1000 Life Points this card can attack directly. When this effect is used remove from play 1 card from your opponents Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle you can select 1 level 6 monster from your hand or deck and Special Summon it to the field.

Looks really powerful, and I don't know too many "Mellinium" monsters, so that must make it pretty hard to summon, I guess. 8/10. Also, the picture is a good one.

I checked, and could only find 2 Millenium monsters, that seems really hard to summon. So, although it is a good card, it would be hard to bring out... Here's an idea (I don't know if you'll like it): "This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 2 face up level 4 or higher monsters you control[etc.]" I mean, at least it would be easier to summon then.

The only monster I know with "Millennium" in it's name is "Millennium Shield", thus making this card hard to Summon. However, I still think it's OP'd based on the fact that you pay 1000 LP to presumably deal 2850 LP of damage to your opponent. And you can remove cards from your opponents Graveyard as well when you use it. Also, when the card goes to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon a 6-star monster? That's OP'd in my opinion. Anyways, picture is awesome and the OCG is great. So I give 8/10. Good job. :)

 

BTW...did you mean "Beast" instead of "Best"?

It seems a little cheap regardless of how decently hard it is to play you could just sacrifice a monster for Millennium Shield and you already got yourself a Millennium monster to tribute to summon this card with. It might just want more of a drawback to its effect a bit but otherwise its a real good card. 8.5/10

You do need 1 tribute to normal summon Millennium Shield look it up on google. Also you got an effect that works if one effect is activated although it isn't too terribly useful you could just slightly balance it out since removing 1 card from your opponent's graveyard can make a difference especially if they were looking at bringing something back to their hand or onto the field.
