JG.
If you control a Thunder-Type monster, this is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. If your opponent Summons a monster with "Storm" in its name, you can pay 1000 Life Points to gain control of the Summoned monster. If you Summon a monster with "Storm" in its name, you can pay any amount of Life Points to increase the ATK of the Summoned monster by the same amount. Image Credit Damn, this one was a b*tch to balance out, so please comment on that, if I did it right. Fix and rate as usual, OCG might have some errors, not sure. Rep to best CC'er (Constructive Critisizer). I might make support for this later, if I feel like it.
DL
Good effect, the least effect may be a bit OP'd. It'ds kinda like Ra's effect. (I think) good pic. No OCG errors, as far as I can see. 9/
jaster_rogue
nice effect, the last sentence make me remember Ra's effect, the pic is very good, I can't see any OCG error :D9/
Alexis Rhodes
picture is good and effect is ok :) 7/10 :)
JG.
Technically, the last bit is Ra's effect xD Hadn't noticed that xD Thanks.
Bengal
Another good card, I like the image and the OCG is fine. Seems fairly balanced, and the name, image and effect fit nicely. My only suggestion it to add a limit to the amount of Life Points you can pay, to avoid a OTK kind of thing. 8.5/
jayjack
Its not exactly ra's effect. You get to choose the amount of lp and ra you have to give it all up except that last lp. Bit oped, good card though 8/
Sweet Lightning
Another great card. Pic is great, effect is pretty cool, and the OCG looks spot-on. I would put a limit on how many Life Points you can pay, but that's about it. Very nice. 9/10. :)
JG.
Hmm, maybe. Good point on the OTK bit. I'll consider it.
ragnarok1945
last effect the LP gain might be a little bit too much, maybe tune it down a bit 9/
Darkblast
what's the chances of your opponent summoning a monster with storm in its name ? and also uve stolen the other eff from Ra. 6.7/
JG.
I didn't steal it, I didn't even notice it was Ra's effect. Also, if you do it like that, you might as well say that to every card that's posted, because no effects are really that original any more. But thanks.
