If you control a Thunder-Type monster, this is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. If your opponent Summons a monster with "Storm" in its name, you can pay 1000 Life Points to gain control of the Summoned monster. If you Summon a monster with "Storm" in its name, you can pay any amount of Life Points to increase the ATK of the Summoned monster by the same amount.

Good effect, the least effect may be a bit OP'd. It'ds kinda like Ra's effect. (I think) good pic. No OCG errors, as far as I can see. 9/10

Another good card, I like the image and the OCG is fine.

 

Seems fairly balanced, and the name, image and effect fit nicely.

 

My only suggestion it to add a limit to the amount of Life Points you can pay, to avoid a OTK kind of thing.

Its not exactly ra's effect. You get to choose the amount of lp and ra you have to give it all up except that last lp.

Another great card. Pic is great, effect is pretty cool, and the OCG looks spot-on.

I didn't steal it, I didn't even notice it was Ra's effect. Also, if you do it like that, you might as well say that to every card that's posted, because no effects are really that original any more. But thanks.
