I know these have similar effects to spell counter cards. Thats where I got the idea.

[spoiler=Level 1-4]

 

Mech Airborn Trooper/Wind/Machine/Lv.3/Atk1200/Def1200

Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle,put 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 5 gear counters from this card to draw one card. If your opponent selects this card as an attack target, you can change the attack to a direct attack to your life points.

 

Mech Gaurd/Earth/Machine/Lv.4/Atk1000/Def2000

When this card is normal summoned or flip summoned, place 3 gear counters on this card. Each time a "Mech" monster on your side of the field would be destroyed, you can remove 1 gear counter from this card to keep that monster on the field.

 

Mech Knight/Earth/Machine/Lv.4/Atk1900/Def1200

Each time this card destroys an oppoent's monster by battle, place one gear counter on this card. Remove one gear counter from this card to have this card gain 500 attack and defense until the end of this turn.

 

Mech Mech Arm Cannon/Earth/Machine/Lv.3/Atk500/Def100

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a face up "Mech" monster on your side of the field as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK/DEF of the equipped monster by 500 points for each gear on the equipped monster. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

 

Mech Mech Marine Trooper/Water/Machine/Lv.3/Atk1200/Def1200

Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle,put 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 5 gear counters from this card to draw one card. This monster can attack your opponents life points directly. If this card attacks in this way, halve the attack of this card until the end phase of this turn.

 

Mech Mech Mine Sweeper/Earth/Machine/Lv.2/Atk200/Def1000

When this card is normsl summoned, place 3 gear counters on this card. During your battle phase, if one of your "Mech" monsters attacked and your opponent activated a trap card, you can remove 1 gear counter from this card to negate and destroy that trap card.

 

Mech Mech Miner/Earth/Machine/Lv.4/Atk1400/Def1900

Each time a card is sent to the grave yard, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 3 gear counters from this card to look at the top 3 cards of your deck. Return them in the order they were picked up.

 

Mech Patrol/Wind/Machine/Lv.2/Atk200/Def0

Each time your opponent places 1 card face down, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 3 gear counters from this card to look at 1 random card in your opponent's hand.

 

Mech Scout/Wind/Machine/Lv.2/Atk200/Def0

Each time your opponent places 1 card face down place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 3 gear counters from this card to look at 1 face down card on the field.

 

Mech Sensor/Earth/Machine/Lv.1/Atk0/Def500

Each time your opponent draws a card, place 1 gear counter on this card. If this card has 5 gear counters, each time your opponent draws a card, your oppoent has to show it to you.

 

Mech Soldier/Earth/Machine/Lv.4/Atk1500/Def1200

When this card is summoned, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 1 gear counter from this card to destroy a monster on your opponent's side of the field.If you use this effect this card cannot attack this turn.

 

Mech Sniper/Dark/Machine/Lv.5/Atk1500/Def1200

Each time your opponent sets a spell or trap card face down, place 1 gear counter on this card. This monster can attack your opponent's life points directly if there are at least 5 gear counters on this card. If this card attacks in this way, remove 5 gear counters from this card.

 

Mech Tank Cannon/Earth/Machine/Lv.5/Atk1500/Def2000

Once per turn, you can remove 5 gear counters from this card to destroy 1 card on the field negating its effect.

 

Mech Trooper/Fire/Machine/Lv.3/Atk1200/Def1200

Each time this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle,put 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 5 gear counters from this card to draw one card.

 

Mech Trooper Prototype/Fire/Machine/Lv.2/Atk600/Def600

When this card is normal summoned or flip summoned, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 1 gear counter from this card to special summon 1 "Mech Trooper" to your side of the field in attack or defense position.

Mech Captain/Earth/Machine/Lv.5/Atk1900/Def1900

Each time you draw a card, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 10 gear counters from this card to special summon a "Mech" monster from your graveyard.

 

Mech Commander/Earth/Machine/Lv.5/Atk2300/Def1600

Each turn you can normal summon or set 1 additional "mech" monster from your hand. If you do, no monters on your side of the field can attack this turn.

 

Mech Engineer/Earth/Machine/Lv.6/Atk1700/Def1200

During each of your standby phases, place 2 gear counters on this card. Remove 10 gear counter from this card to add 3 equip spell cards from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

 

Mech Infiltraitor/Dark/Machine/Lv.5/Atk2100/Def2000

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by tributing 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field (your opponent selects which monster to tribute). When this card is special summoned, it is summoned to your opponent's side of the field. It can not be tributed. During each players Main phase, your opponent must show you his/her hand.

Mech Dragon/Dark/Machine/Lv.10/Atk5000/Def2000

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be pecial summoned except by removing from play 5 "mech" monsters from your side of the field.

 

Mech General/Dark/Machine/Lv.8/Atk2800Def2000

You can tribute 10 gear counters from anywhere on your side of the field to summon a "gear" monster from your deck in face up attack position. That monster cannot attack for the next three turns.

 

Mech General Prototype/Dark/Machine/Lv.7/Atk2000/Def2000

Each time a "Mech" monster is summoned to your side of the field, place 1 gear counter on this card. Remove 10 gear counters from this card to special summon "Mech General" to your side fo the field in attack position.

 

 

 

[spoiler=Tuner/Dark Tuner]

 

Mech Mech Sentry/Light/Machine/Tuner/Lv.3/Atk500/Def100

Remove 5 gear counters from anywhere on the field to summon a level 2 or lower "mech" monster from your hand.

 

Mech Enforcer/Dark/Machine/Dark Tuner/Lv.8/Atk0/Def0

Once per turn you can discard 1 card from your hand to special summon a "Mech" monster from your hand.

Mech Colonel/Fire/Machine/Fusion/Lv.8/Atk2700/Def2200

1 "Mech" monster + 1 "Mech" monster + 1 "Mech" monster

Once per turn you can move 1 gear counter from any where on the field to another card. Remove 4 gear counters from this card to add 1 "Mech" monster from your deck to your hand.

 

Mech Sergent/Light/Machine/Synchro/Lv.8/Atk2500/Def2500

1"Mech" "Tuner" monster + 1 or more non-"Tuner" monsters

When this card is Synchro summoned, place 5 gear counters on this card. Remove 1 gear counter on this card to destroy 1 card on the field.

 

Mech Luitenet/Dark/Machine/Dark Synchro/Lv.5/Atk2600/Def2200

1 "Mech" "Dark Tuner" monster + 1 or more non- "Dark Tuner" monsters

When this card is Synchro summoned, place 5 gear counters on this card. This card gains 100 attack for each gear counter on this card. You can remove 1 gear counter from this card to increase the attack of a "Mech" monster on your side of the field besides "Mech Luitenet" by 500 points.

Gear Factory/Spell/Continous

When this card is activated, 5 gear counters are placed on this card. Once per turn during either players turn, you can move a gear counter from this card to a face-up monster on the field. when are no gear counters on this card, destroy it.

 

Mech Cannon/Spell/Equip

This card can only be equipped to a "Mech" monster. A monster equipped with this card gains 600 attack.

 

Mech Factory/Spell

Select 5 "Mech" monsters from your deck. Your opponent selects 2 of them at random. Add the selected 2 to your hand and return the other 3 to your deck then shuffle your deck.

 

Mech Forcefield Generator/Spell/Equip

This card can only be equipped to a "Mech" monster. During your opponents battle phase. A monster equipped with this card is not destroyed by battle from the first attack that would normally destroy this card each turn.

 

Mech Gatling Gun/Spell/Equip

This card can only be equipped to a "Mech" monster. A monster equipped with this card can attack an additional time each turn.

 

Mech HQ/Spell/Field

Each time a "Mech" monster is summoned, place 1 gear counter on this card. Each time a "Mech" monster on your side of the field is destroyed, add the gear counters from that card to this card.

 

Mech Reinforcements/Spell

Remove any number of gear counters from your side of the field. Special summon a "mech" monster with the same number of stars as the gear counters tributed by this card.

 

Mech Saber/Spell/Equip

This card can only be equipped to "Mech Knight". A monster equipped with this card gains 900 attack.

 

Mech Tank/Spell/Equip

This card can only be equipped to a level 4 "Mech" monster. A monster equipped with this card gains 1000 attack and 1500 defense.
