You can not have more than 6 cards in your hand, if you do, discard cards from your hand until you have 6 cards remaining, and pay 200 Life Points for every card discarded. When your opponent Normal Summons or Flip Summons a monster with an ATK 1700 or less, destroy that monster. By paying 1000 Life Points on your Field as Tributes, all Monsters on your opponent's Field are destroyed. Rate, fix.[/align]
hollowmaster999
This card is just a toned down Osiris fused with Obelisk, isn't it? Well, any how it's interesting. The last line should be "By paying 1000 Life Points, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field." Though, I think paying 1000 life points is too little, maybe it could be like Obelisk's effect to tribute two monsters... The effect about the cards in your hand should be more clear, because now it seems like you can wait until you feel like discarding the cards, or at least they're isn't a specific time to do it. Maybe say "During the end of the Main Phase, if you have 6 or more cards in your hand, discard cards until you have 6 and take 400 points of damage for each card discarded. Also, maybe raise the damage for discarding cards a bit, 200 seems like a tiny bit. Besides these things, the picture is cool looking, although the card itself is still just a mix of obelisk and osiris. 7/10 <- Could be higher for an extra original effect added, besides the hand discarding part.
