OP. OCG is off in just 1 spot.

 

Overused picture.

 

To fix the OP lower the attack to about 1500 =/ since you will most likely use 3 or more monsters to synchro summon it to take advantage of its effect =/. or you can lower the increase to 200.

There. That way the lowest attack it can gain is 3100. before the lowest attack it would be able to have was 4400 =/ to OP.

Still, even with the drop to 1500 it will still jump to at least 3100 when summoned, which is still on the OPed side. Drop it even lower, like down to 1200

It's not bad but it's ATK points could be easily abused by sacrificing 3-4 monsters for its synchro summon thus giving it 2400 or 3200 ATK boost but that won't matter too much since most people would rather not waste all their monsters for just one synchro summon. The other effect is fine and pretty fair regardless. The picture looks great also. 8.5/10
