i think it would be fine if you put it so it destroys a monster equal to or lower then it's ATK. it's good though, 9.4/10

The art is alright, but it's nothing spectacular.

 

The stats and effect aren't very good. It's a Level 7, so two tributes, with no built in protection, so that's a red flag. The effect's first part only goes off on a Tribute Summon, not a Special Summon, so it's pointless if you Special it to save advantage. The only thing it does pop is probably something you didn't need to worry about, and the only monsters it would hit that see popular use are Lumina, Honest, Sangan, and maybe Armageddon Knight and Mystic Tomato. Of the five, only one of them is really WORTH hitting, and one of them would even give YOU an overall -1.

 

The burn effect is so minimal that it's not worth anything, and a Life Point cost is just asking to be silly.
