My friend always told me when she cut, and she told me that she really wanted to get over it. Since I knew that she still cut a LOT and she was honest about it, I was able to help her get out of it. But even still, she never cut in front of me, and only did so at home. Those who cut in front of others are the attention seakers. Obviously, no one can understand their upper-middle class suburban suffering, as they get an education, and have a roof over their head and 3 meals a day.
