They're ok the pictures are nice but the text and effects aren't great 4/10.

*OP'ed (I mean 5000 ATK WTF!!??, and gain 2000 ATK and DEF for each card in the Graveyard?! omfg!)

*Bad OCG

Made up Types are a no-no.

 

And if your Going to make Normal Cards, at least give them Support, like the E-Heroes.

 

Flip should be fully caped, like FLIP, the Effect: part in Ben 10000 was unnecessary.

 

Here are OCG fixes to the best of my ability:

 

"Alien Attack-

Once per turn, during your [insert Phase Name Here] Phase, [there should be a requirement here, like "by discarding 1 card from your hand", or "by paying 1000 Life Points"] you can Search your Deck, or Graveyard for 1 "Ben's Alien" card and add it to your hand."(Because of this the Cards "Alien X" and "Cannonball" Should have the Names "Ben's Alien, Alien X" and "Ben's Alien, Cannonball".)

 

"Alien X-

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Agreement". The ATK and DEF of this card are each equal to the number of Spell, and Trap cards in your Graveyard x 2000."(WAY Overpowered, by the way. Maybe tone down the 2000 to about 300, and lower the Level down to around 7, or 8.)

 

"Ben 10-

FLIP: Special Summon 1 "Ben's Alien" card from your hand, or Deck to your Side of the Field."(I'm sorry I have no idea how to rewrite the Second Part of the Effect.)

 

"Ben 10000-

"Ben 10" + "Time Wizard""

I have no Idea how to Word the rest of this. I'm sorry"

 

And please give Cannonball an Effect.
