Kekkai Genkai:Looks like a bunch of long random line but is only on the left side of the body and the eyes. THe Genkai if activated for to long will cause blindness and takes a massive tole on the body. The good side is that the Genkai when activated causes manic strength and uncanny flexibility. The Genkai is originally from Carnage's ancesters who accepted a curse to obtain 'unimaginable power.' But the bringer of the curse lied and did not tell them of the toll it would take on there body and that the Genkai would seep into there DNA and be passed generation to generation.

Personality: Masumoti is usually the calm one, not being all stressed and in a hurry all the time. She is cold-hearted to her opponents, but kind and caring to the ones she can rely on as her friends.

Appearance: She wears a blue silk suit with wave symbols imprinted on the base of the suit, and a equipment belt with Kunais, Shurikens and such strapped around her left thigh. Her hair is short and blonde, strapped up in two ponytails on each side of her head. Her skin is slightly tanned, her eyes emerald green and her lips slightly red. Around her left arm is a armored gauntlet with spikes around the knuckle area and steel pads around the rest of the armor piece, and her right arm is brandished with a silk string which is transparent and aquamarine in color. Her legs are dressed in a blue skirt, and on her feet are regulare Chunin sandals.

Weapon: Her main weapon is a Katana made of pure silver called Miruzurugi (Dance of The Silver Moon), and her secondary is a scythe with double blades and bead-strings around the top blade named Suishén (Water Reaper). She also has Kunais, Shurikens, smoke bombs and such in her equipment belt.

Suiton - Moakukka no Jutsu

Also known as the Water Spirit Jutsu, it concentrates Masumoti's Chakra to form a barrier around her while also channeling it into water around her - hence why the Jutsu only can be used while standing on or being nearby a rather large water source - and from there form various shapes made of a blend of water and Chakra. These forms can defend, attack, or support Masumoti in any way she controls them to, but by using so much Chakra, she can easily faint or become totally defenseless after using it, therefore, she only uses it when the need is dire.

Kekkai Genkai:

Suiraudin (Water Weapon Forming)

Being pretty skilled with Water Jutsus, Masumoti can deform and reform her weapons by simply turning them into a liquid state. Therefore, she does not need to carry around her weapons, and instead turn them to water and store them in a vial that she has hidden in her equipment belt.

Nation: I was thinking more along the lines of a Akatsuki-type Shinobi, no nation, but came from a nation, however not listed on the current one.

Takeshi wears mainly a dark cloak covered his entire body, with his eyes barely visible.He ranges from 6' to 6' 2" roughly. His hair color appears to be black with a dye of silver in it, and going down past his neck. His eye color is a combination of a blood red and silver. He's always seen with a Katana mounted behind him at his side.

Weapon:

Uchitomeru- The Katana given to him by his father, who committed suicide because of Takeshi. The substance made is unknown, but by myth, was made of the bones of the clan of the Osamu.

He also carrys his normal Shinobi weapons.

Summoning Jutsu - Ekibyougami (Summoning Jutsu - Angel of Death)

Summons an angel of death. Pretty Simple

Appearance: (No Pic's) Stands about a mere 6'1'', White skin, muscular, ripped, snow long hair pulled down like Kenpachi's, hazel eyes. Wears a black colored vest with white claws around the front and back, his pants are a different color the whole pants is white with black wrapping around his thighs and below his kness, he has black wrappings around his forearm and hands to cover that the scars that he received when he was little, along with the Water Symbol Headband around his neck. At his back is his crescent moon sword, multiple shurikens, and around his waist are several curve hilt kunai knives.

Weapon: (No Pic's) His weapon is his curved sword made of hard steel Tsengu (Dance of the Crescent Sun.) He has shurikens, kunai knives, but keep a special kunai (same appearance as Yondaime's kunai) in his back pocket for special needs.

Custom Jutsu:

HiJutsu, Makyou HyouShou

Also known as Secret Skill, Demonic Ice Mirrors. Using this special jutsu, Omaru creates a prison of mirrors made from ice, around his opponent. The mirrors allows Omaru to transport between them at high speeds, or reflect themselves into all the mirrors. It is nearly impossible to see Omarus movement between mirrors, so there is no danger of being hit. The speed of Omaru also makes it near impossible to dodge the attacks.

Kekkai Genkai:

His Kekkai Genkai relies on speed and agility currently known Speed of the Dancing Dragon. His eyes turn blank when entering his kekkai genkai. He moves at a very fast pace pace when running or dodoging. His chakra then explodes as he takes off the wrappings on his arm, conjuring hand signs that are really fast. The Tsengu's Genkai relied their movements to be really fast and powerful. The scars on his forearms and hands are actually tattoos of different eyes. Right and Left has the eye of the dragon making his hand signs really fast, and his forearms has the eye of a bear, making his chakra flow bigger and bigger.

Sorry I can't accept it in this current state. Edit it and add descriptions about your Custom Jutsu and Your Kekkai Genkai. But as far as your Kekkai Genkai goes as long as you do not use any jutsu that is related to Haku in the Ice kekkai Genkai then it is ok otherwise change it.
