"Don't kid yourself. Don;t trick me into thinking you care! Just stop! Let me die in peace!" MAtthew looked down, tears streaking down his face. "In peace for once in my life, Melody! Think about it!"

[Lunar Roze]

"You are an idiot! I do care! You are one of my best frineds! Why would I pretend to care? What reason would I have for it? YOu are an idiot!" Melody's eyes were darkening with anger. She had never felt angry befor ein her life except whne her mom died. Melody ran to him and hugged him. "Idiot."

[Compass]

"Enough. I'm sorry. I am an idiot. But it's because of that, that I;m doing this." MAtthew still didn;t look at her, put cryed a bit harder. "Goodbye, everyone." The vines shot at him, shooting for the heart, the brain, and neck, being sure to miss Melody.

[Lunar Roze]

Melody drew a water shield around them to keep the vines away. If nothing else, she would prtect him without her magic. She would not let a friend die.

[Godot]

OoC: Sorry I was gone, busy with stuff

 

IC: Claud just walked when he heard Matthew screaming. "Great, if this kid just got possesed by Darkness I ju--" He stopped when he saw Matthew getting attacked by the vines. He didn't think when he ran towards the two and threw them out of thew way. Right when he got them to safety a vine grabbed his leg.

[Compass]

Matthew cursed in his head. Was there anything to get this girl off of his case? She really didn't have a clue. Oh, well. "I'm sorry, but it seems I'l have to do this." He turned to Azura, Vlad, and Seito. "NO hard feelings, Kay?" The vines wrapped around them, not so much to hurt them, but to show that he could kill them if he wished. "I have to play on your good instiects. Well, you can either let me go, and let me continue, or you can have 3 innocent people die, because you refused to let one die. The choise is yours."

Matthe could not belive he could do something so cold blooded. But, Melody would choose right, unless some emotion of the heart interfered. And how likely was that? To kill one, and save 3, or to kill 3, and save 1. Obivous.

[Godot]

Claud laughed as the vine grew tighter. "I'm surprised I saved you two, Matthew, Melody. But still, you're being a little too dark for your own good." He laughed. He tried to teleport but it wouldn't work. "Melody, listen too me."

[Compass]

IC: "We have no beef with you!" Matthew shook his head. "I'm trying to die. Don't you see?" He realsed the vine around his leg, and sent them spiraling for him again.

 

OoC: Also, I'm tied to a wall...

[Godot]

OoC: Well then....

 

IC: "Yes, you do. You see, I sense Darkness in you...and I don't want that." Claud growled, sheilding Matthew with his body. "You really want to do this kid?"

[Lunar Roze]

"My choice huh?" Melody whsipered. She didn't know what to choose. She then had it. "Waht Claud?" She wanted ot hear what he had to say before saying her desicion. "Don't let him kill himself!"

[Godot]

"I can't believe I'm doing this. I'm supposed to be Dark, why am I helping you people." Claud yelled looking at Melody. "Look, Melody, free the people that are tied up. I'll untie this kid."

[Compass]

"Claud...The devil...Oh, I get it...I was the pivot!" Matthew managed a laugh, even with his emminent death approaching.

[Lunar Roze]

"Don't untie him." Suddenly, Melody felt weird. Her anger and saddnes of so long ago rose up and fueled her energy becasue she was trying to save someone who wnated to die agian. She drew her water bow and arrows. She hit the vines several times, enough to weaken it greatly.

[Godot]

"Melody, I do things my way. I suffered this before, free them!" Claud yelled. Claud then made 2 Daggers appear as he ran towards Matthew, slashing at the Vines/Rope that tied him to a wall. Just as he freed Matthew a vine slashed down on Claud, cutting his leg. Then another wrapped around him and held him in the air.

[Compass]

Matthew's smile turned to a grimice. Melody was shooting one of his vines! He sighed. "God, do I have to do this?" Matthew sent the 2 vines that could move for Melody, probably the hardest thing he would ever do. But, she was in the way, and she acually cared.

[Godot]

OoC: Still, they're objects in the RP. They aren't really yours. Trust me, that= Not Godmodding.

 

IC: Claud dangled there, immediatly he saw a flashback in his mind of his brother. "God, not him."

[Lunar Roze]

Melody shot at the two remaining vines over and over. She would not give up until she died.

[Compass]

"Enough. I give up." MAtthew let go off the vine's and they faded away. He began to cry again. "Why? Why?" Matthew still did not meet Melody's gaze. "Why?"

[Godot]

Claud finnally broke down. It was the first time he cried ever since he became Dark. His tears started to drip down as he took his Daggers and threw them too Melody. "Take them, they can cut these things....." He saw the vines disappearing and started to smile. He teleprted down to Matthew and took his blade to his chest.

[Lunar Roze]

Melody calmed down. Her mother's spirit was around her, kind-of making her have a slight glow (happens inreal life with me). She went over and hugged both Claud and Matthew.

[Compass]

Matthew didn;t even care anymore. Why wouldn't anyone let him have his peace? "Why? Why? WHy?" Matthew repeated under his breath, gathering the stregeth he would need to leave.

[Godot]

Claud froze. He pushed Melody off him and walked away. "Darkness doesn't feel....."

[Lunar Roze]

"Cause I care." Melody replied in a whisper before her mother's psirit went away. she was near to fainting. She kept conciousness.

[Compass]

Matthew stood up, roughly throwing Melody off him. "Why? Why? Why?" Matthew kept repeating it to himself, as he left the treehouse, going above, on top of the tree. He laid down in the roses, wondering why.

[Lunar Roze]

Melody fell over form him throwing her off of him and she collasped and fianted from tiredness and her fever. She looked kind-of like she was dead.
