Four cards have fallen into the hands of good and evil, The element dragons. The four inhabit four duelists decks. Francis, His deck revolves around a monster named the short summoner, he holds The Elemental Dragon : Garoth, The Dark Dragon. A Girl duelist named Rio, She runs with a group of cards known as the blank-men, She holds The Elemental Dragon : Deivara, The Light Dragon. Two other dragons inhabit two other decks, The Element Dragon: Hellithan, The Fire Dragon and The Element Dragon: Posiedan, The Frost Dragon. Whomever posses the power of this group will have extrem strength. And together they make one of the strongest creature of them all, Rathios, The Ultimate Dragon.
