Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to place 1 Spell Counter on each face-up card you can place a Spell Counter on, If the only card you can put a Spell Counter on is "Magical Citadel of Endymion", place 3 counters on that card. Eh, Got bored, Decided to make this since I'm thinking of ways to make a Tempest Magician OTK on Tag Force 4 :P.
