He thought the shows on their were good, but then, the normal programming was interrupted by the picture of a man, his face narrowly sillhoueted, but still visible. Kira... or whatever you call your self this time around... I'm willing to challenge you once more in hopes that you're just as good as the original... if not better. You see Kira... or Mr. Copycat the world you dream of was once dreamed up before about a hundred years ago, by another lunatic named Light Yagami, so if your doing this because you think your way is the right way your wrong. Katsu took out a piece of his DEATH NOTE and wrote down the name of Francis Strightman.Francis Strightman. Dies by choking on water after giving speach on Skakrii TV. His father walked into te room, but Katsu managed to hide the piece from view. His father then sat down next to him."What's this?" he asked."Something about a murderer called Kira" answered Katsu. "It would seem that I did lure you out... Kira... Copycat... The man you just killed... Francis Strightmen... was a serial murderer who was already sentence to death... but no one knew of his capture. It was kept a secret from the world, not one person knew..." Just then Strightmen turned into a greenwire frame and then changed his appearance to match that of the first L; L Lawliet, his voice matching that of the original's. "...It would seem you are nothing more then just another imitation to the original Kira. You see Copycat years ago this was the same trick the first L use to lure out the first Kira and like clock work the decoy was killed by a heart attack. "After that both L" He points to his new look. "And..." L Lawliet then turned into the green wire frame and then changed to look like Light Yagami. "Kira also now known as Light Yagami..." He points to himself once more. "Started a secret war amongst each other. In the end though... L and his heir Near or N... won and Kira lost." Light then changed to Near but then some of Near's features changed. He had the eyes of Light, L's hair and Near's body. "But know I challenge you. I the new L another copycat vs. you Copycat Kira. The L name has won before and I will do it again. So come Kira! Fight me! Kill me! Show me that you are no copycat." L knew that he was safe as long as he had Trace's tech disguising his face from Kira's eyes. Let's see what the Kiras does next.""Yes ma'am."Shortly afterwards, the generals of the Anti-Kira Task Force declared a city-wide curfew on national television, with city, state, and national employees exempt as long as they had identification.They also began random property searches and checkpoints, checking for anything suspicious.The Kiras were now backed into a corner, and Trace wanted to find out if they would fight back. One of the screens in Trace's room went off and only showed the L screen. "Hello Ms. Trace. Thank you for allowing me to use something that resembled the same properties as your disguise mechanizum it really did it's job just before destroying itself 30 minutes after." "It seems I will need a partner... but I tend to have bad luck with them..." L then headed to what seem to be his room for sleeping but was just another copy of the small room with just the computer and phone. He turned it on and began working on decrypting the message. As he relaxed in his own bed, he imagined himself in the classic city scene. He was atop a skyscraper opposite the silouette of L. But unlike the classic scenes, Katsu had the other DEATH NOTE holders and Shinigami on buildings close to him, symbolising how they are outnumbering L. L...I will make sure that I...WE...Kill you...It will be the greatest pleasure in the world - even if I have to sacrifice one of my so-called 'friends' to accomplish it - even Tomoyo. Tomoyo laid in the hospital bed, bored unti Saku said that. She read her text message once Saku gave her her phone back. She smiled, thiking of a plan.She texted:Yeah, I watched. You are right. I do have something in mind. My brother is wokring wiht L I think so I can try to get close to him. L then stood up and lifted his hand in front of him. He then looked once more at the Kiras as they began to disappear... all but one. The silhouette in front of L seems to be the leader of the others. L then looks down from the edge of the skyscaper and then towards the Kira in front of him. Kira... I believe that what you are doing is wrong and I will stop you... but I can't do it alone... not this time... The last L that faced you died because you managed to get to him first... then you were killed by Near... and then time went on... but why return now Kira? L then returns to the real world and notices that he had been adding too many sugar cubes to his coffee. L then looked at his personal computer as he placed a sugar cube in his mouth and ate it. "It would seem that I will need to make sure nothing goes out of control. First things first." L then walks back to the main room and gets back on the computer he then hack into the TPHQ main frame. L looks through the files of the officers and then notices that some of the officers are corrupted. He then turns to his mic and calls Trace once more. "Trace... L here. I want you to make sure you speak with your higher ups and have them accept a couple of files I'm about to send over. It would seem that the world has not forgotten Kira and L. Now if you''ll excuse me I have other matters to attain to." L then gets off the computer that was speaking to Trace and he then looks at the screen in front of him. "Hmm..." Guest TheFinalFan Posted October 21, 2009 Report Share Posted October 21, 2009 IC: Trace immediately opened the files, and finds that not only are some of the TPD officers corrupt, but some of her own troops have been blackmailed into feeding information to the Kiras.She immediately orders several new toys to activate.Her "toys" are several small drone robots, unnoticable almost any from of detection. Sure, they just barely showed up on infrared, but none of her troops would have any form of infrared detection, and neither would her enemies.They would follow the officers in question around to find out the identity of at least one of the Kiras, and hopefully figure out the method used by the Kiras to kill people.Trace had been running different scenarios, and it didn't seem possible. There was no way on earth for the Kiras to have the ability to kill people just by finding out their name and knowing what they looked like. They left no witnesses, and could easily be any member of the population. Their methodology was what boggled her mind.So she was going a step further, using science to find out this mystery.OOC: And this is why I chose Trace. L then turned to the door and then turned back around as if it was nothing. He then looked at his screen as files from other cases began to appear on it. At the door is a young woman with autumn colored hair, which reached just past her belt line. Her bright blue eyes glanced around the room as she walked in. The young lady was wearing the hotel maid's black uniform with a slightly longer skirt and was holding a tray with a cup of what seem to be coffee and a slice of a strawberry cake. She then set it down next to L and bowed. "Here you are sir." She said softly as L began working on other multiple cases. L looked over to the young lady and then picked up the cup of coffee and began to drink. He then placed the cup back and picked up a fork. "Thank you Watari." He said simply with out hesitation. The young lady looked up and then smiled softly. "By the way sir when I got to the hotel you sent me to they were surprised that I wasn't a man, did you for get again." L then stopped himself from taking a bite from the slice of cake he had been given and placed his fork down. "I'm... sorry..." Watari then takes a rubber toy mallet, the size of a small hammer, and hits L on the head with it. "Please don't forget next time sir." "Sure glad the holidays are over." he muttered. He felt something was different, but couldn't quite put his finger on it yet. He got dressed and then checked his texts. No! I'm not recovering from a siezure - Your name is Margaret Joy - it's on your name tag!" Katsu pointed out, and the nurses around them giggled. Kiini spoke to Katsu."I know who you want to see - she's in the cafe. Follow me." Katsu soon arrived at the hospital cafeteria ALONE. "Hi, Tomoyo! Sorry for the delay...My escort nurse 'mysteriously' died of a heart attack." ooc: If you enjoyed the unfunny pokemon reference, you'll love pokemon X. God I hate shameless promotions.
