darkfire27131
i vote zeaux, though the card UP and its 3rd effect isn't very playable, but arc card is extremely OP the cost to summon it mills your deck which is good in zombie and pyro decks, and its also helps with hand control (serciously?) don't even get me started with its other effect (needs more drawbacks)good luck to the both of you! Bengal
Card 1 (Zeaux): -The image is outstanding, it fits the name perfectly -The OCG is fine, only a couple missing letters and things like that: The a monster equipped with this card is treated as a DARK Fiend-Type monster and cannot attack. During each of your End Phases, the equipped monster gains 200 ATK and DEF. You can skip your Battle Phase to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with a ATK equal or less than the monster equipped with this card equipped monster's and inflict damage to both players equal to the diffence between the monster equipped with this card's equipped monster's ATK and the destroyed monster ATK. -The effect is balanced -Overall, it is an interesting card, and has a decent burn effect, but doesn't rely on a specific type/archetype, which makes it pretty versatile. Card 2 (Arc): -The image is good, and it does fit the card -The OCG is fine as well, just small errors similar to Zeaux's: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending the top 10 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. In addition to a normal attack, this card can attack again during the same Battle Phase as equal to the number of cards equipped to it. This card inflicts Piercing damage. If this monster inflicts Battle Damage, send the top 2 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack directly. -The effect is reasonably balanced, with the Summoning condition and all -Overall, it has a decent mill effect, but since it requires it having to attack, it wouldn't necesarrily work in a burn/stall deck. My vote: Zeaux The card is slightly more versatille, balanced, and I must admit the exceptional image won me over.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Hmm... Quite hard. I have to vote for Zeaux though. Arc's image is EPIC but as is Zeaux's (as always) Arc's effect is powerful and it could be balanced as it's level and requirements are worthy although it can still be considered OP since it can attack quite a few times AND it can cause pierce which means that it could possible destroy all your opponent's monsters and inflict them with major damage. Without any major drawbacks thats OP. Zeaux's card however, provides a balanced burn effect with can help immensely. Even though it's short and simple, it is effective but balanced. Vote = Zeaux. Sorry Arc =[ I still LOOOVE your card though =3 Edit: After reading closer, Arc your card is VASTLY OP. The only drawback is the 10 summon requirement. Since his number of attacks is based on how many equips he has and you gain 1 equip card each turn he has virtually limitless attacks. AND when you deal battle damage you send the top cards from your opponents deck to the grave? Thats to much destruction with no drawbacks. it would need a HUUUUUGE drawback to be balanced. Scyire
Arc's card effect is unusual to me.Part of the effect is OP" Once per turn, you can add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. In addition to a normal attack, this card can attack during the same Battle Phase as the number of cards equipped to it. This card inflicts Piercing Damage. If this Monster inflicts Battle Damage, send the top 2 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard." But yet... it is also under-powered"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending the top 10 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack directly." This should make it balanced, though...But, it just doesn't.It turns into a 10 card destroyer, that basically destroys all of your opponent's monsters in the field, but can't attack directly. I don't know, it's hard to say, but the effects seem completely impractical, and unnecessary. It completely destroys 1/4 of your deck for a weak 2100 ATK monster that can't attack directly. You probably made the effect as long as possible, to dazzle, which it does, honestly. Zeaux's card effect is more balanced. I like how it turns your opponent's monsters into bombs, that hurt both you and your opponent. It is an original effect, and more practical. I vote Zeaux. (This was my first really long review. Gimme some slack if more that 90% of it doesn't make any sense.)

♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I was going to pic you lol but then i realized that your effect was OP and then I had to go back and change it to Zeaux o-o
Dark Mousy
It might be. The point is once you stuff your field with equips, there's nothing you can do to stop something like Lightning Vortex, or any monster destroyer card. I agree this wouldn't even be limited if it came out, if you run 2, you can really only use 1. Also, a lot of equips might have been discarded as the summoning requirements, which means you'll probably have to run ~10 equips, which is just bad. And Bengal noted that to even use the mill effect, you must attack, and is slightly out of place.
Guest Lily
My vote is going to Zeaux. I find his picture much better and find it more versatile in decks, though I am not saying Arc's card isnt. I find Zeaux's card more balanced than Arc's also.
