Activate this card when your opponent successfully destroys a monster. Select 1 face-up Attack Position monster on your opponent's side of the field. The selected monster cannot change positions. In addition when your opponent attacks and destroys a monster with the select card, inflict Battle Damage equal to the destroyed monster's Star Level x100. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, any monsters under the affect of this card are destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.

pretty cool effect and pic but the OCG is off other then that 8/10

for the *100 of the level of the destroyed monster's burn effect, you didn't say inflict it to who (though it's probably your opponent)
