Now then, you have a monster here that can Tribute itself to drag out two different monsters with ATK equal to the ATK of a selected monster. Now lets see...

 

Select opponent's monster with... er... 2200 ATK? Destroy it with a card effect, drag out 2 Proto-Cybers, Lol with Power Bond?

Only combo I can come up with, but it seems useful for decks that needs multiple copies of a monster on the field.
