Yup. I don't know much about Six Samurais but my bro won a Jump Tournament before and on his first try of Six Samurais he had something along the lines of those cards.

 

SS's mainly focus of GotSS. (Grandmaster of the Six Samurai) Because when he goes he can recover himself and swarm again, much better than Shogun Shien.

 

I don't know, room for 1x Scrolls of the Six Samurai?

 

I found Backs to the Wall very interesting - especially when you take the final hit, that will kill you, you use it and it takes you to 100, and you get to troll the field with all your Grave'd Six Sam's.
