Humans domesticated a group of wolves and thus these calmer less dangerous animals eventually crossbred and to an extent evolved. (less teeth and brutality = move loving and food from masters) but wolves have not died out so while this may have had some effects on genetics, it is not true evolution. That is mostly true, but one might say that Dogs have adapted to thier invironment with the humans by becoming less agressive. So they would give them food and increase thier survivability. And even though it is common for species to die out when they evolve this is not always the case. Becouse sometimes only a small group of them adapt to certain opportunities that group have seased.
