When this card is successfully Normal Summoned you must pay 500 Life Points. Once per turn you can flip a coin. If the result is heads you may select and destroy a face up monster on the field whos level is equil to or lower then this cards level. If the result is tails you must pay 500 Life Points. Randomly select 1 card from your opponints hand. If the selected card is a monster your opponint loses Life Points equil to the selected monsters level x200 and the card is sent to the Graveyard. If the selected card is a Spell or Trap Card your opponint loses 500 Life Points and the card is sent to the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card remove it from play. If the result is tails, decrease your Life Points by 500. During your standby phase, randomly select 1 card from your opponent's hand. If the selected card is a monster, decrease your opponent's Life Points by 200X the selected monsters level and the card is sent to the Graveyard. If the selected card is a Spell or Trap Card, decrease your opponent's life points by 500 and the card is sent to the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, it is removed from play. Well, the last few lines make it very OP, it shouldn't be able to return for such a small price, and the hand destruction effects are already powerful enough, and could become OP as well. The OCG has been fixed again below, and the effect is a bit random. While there is a decent burn effect, there is also some unrelated effects, such as the last two sentences. This is how I think it should go: This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, you lose 500 Life Points.
