.Impact
Probably one of my favorite pics of all time. And it happens to go to wanderly. So congrats to u on that wanderly anyway here it isIt looks exactly like a morphtronic to me. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 “Morphtronic” monsters from your field. When this card is successfully Summoned, you can Special Summon up to 2 “Morphtronic” monsters. The Summoned monsters are destroyed at the end of your 3rd Standby Phase after this effect is activated- While in Attack Position this card can attack your opponent directly by decreasing its ATK by 500.- While in Defense Position this card cannot be attacked by your opponents monsters. ragnarok1945
3 Morphotronic monsters is too much, especially without a drawback to them 7/
Bengal
Not bad, the image is nice and the OCG is alright. A fairly simple effect, but could provide decent defense support. I would agree that 3 monsters is a bit much though, one would be sufficient. Also, you might want to add if the card's ATK doesn't remain halved, just add "until the End Phase". 7.5/

Bengal
Well I think it would have remained as it was. What you changed it to I think works better though.
