You can destroy this card to remove from play 1 monster your oppnent controls. If this card is destroyed in result of its own effect, you can Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase.

When I started reading Leviathans effect I was thinking OP'ed, but then the downside, discarding a card every turn really limits your card advantage, that is if you don't want your cards in the graveyard.

As lexadin said I hate synchros so that will get a D+ but the pic is ok

On leviaten your OCG is good for me but the pic is a bit unrealistic. Effect is a little WOW factor so I will give you a;
