This card can only be Special Summoned by also Special Summoning 4 "Amnesia Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 10/ATK 500/DEF 500) on your field and 3 "Memory Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 12/ATK 500/DEF 500) on your opponent's field. You cannot Normal Summon or Set during the turn this card is Special Summoned. Each time an "Amnesia Token" is destroyed, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Each time a "Memory Token" is destroyed, select 1 card in your opponent's hand. The selected card is removed from play until your opponent's next End Phase. "Amnesia Tokens" and "Memory Tokens" cannot be used for Tribute.

i find this too oped. this card has 2300 ATK so it could wipe out ur opponents hand and basically using a card from there hand for the next three turns. so they are basically frozen, and then if they get a break and they destroy ur tokens they are in another whole because they lose 1500 life points make it say that if this card is destroyed destroy all tokens on the field without activating the tokens effects or something like that
