Enrise
Dracul heard the announcement. However, he was unable to recognize the speaker. Not that it mattered much, he just took a simple sigh. He looked around the room, and saw some of his items organized, just as how he left it, before the capsule closed to entrap him.He he opened each of the cases that contained his belongings, he saw an amulet that was given to him by his mother, Lilith. He also noticed another amulet that was given to him by a girl he once loved, who died in a tragic accident. He took both of the amulets, and tied it to his right arm.He took his prototype armor that was prepared ahead of time, and equipped it to his body. He went to the other side of the room, and took both his blades, and his, "Diamanium" out of a secured case. Equipping them to his back, he looked around, and saw a mirror. He walked to it, and saw the face that was his. His hand touching his face, scratching it, he noted to himself, "Hmm. I guess it's fine. But I guess my teeth could do a slight brush now that I think about it."
Naimo
Eriawia's chain-mail armour swayed and gently clashed as she awoke and heard the message. She carefully got to her feet in a civilised fashion, her multiple accessories jangling melodically as she took in her surroundings. She ignored Dracul and walked over to the wall, where her magnificant blade was mounted. A faint smile crossed her lips as she saw the sapphires on the crossguard still shinning as though they had never laid inactive for many, almost countless years; it was the same story for her short sword. She took her main sword carefully off the wall and unsheathed it, a single powerful note echoing as she did so. Her smile widened as she did a few practice tests, swishing the blade side to side. It still flowed smoothly and elegantly, still ready to charge into battle and draw blood. She sheathed it again and as she took her short sword, she realised they had no names. "I must give you one," she muttered in her deep, solemn tone as she strapped the short sword to her girdle. She turned back to Dracul; maybe she should try and talk to him - after all, they were going to be stuck together for some time, from what it seemed. *** Meanwhile, Varjak had reached the end of the tunnel. He turned back and glanced at what had been his home until now. It was difficult, leaving the Viking community; but if he was to explore the outside world, some sacrifices would have to be made. With every determination, he turned around and, grasping his staff-spear even closer, finally left and stepped out in the outside world, the world he now craved to be in... fenrir
A 'wush' sound was heard above the Dragonoids, and a figure fell from the roof. A clang sound was heard, and the figure of a lithe silver Dragonoid was barely visible against the grey floor. Dilgear looked up from his awkward landing. He was silver, with dark grey armor that consisted of several valves and pipes. Meters were seen on his chest plate, and in several other areas. As he got up from his landing, he looked around in the small area. There were about two pods, not including the one that had released him from the cieling. Two other Dragonoids stood in the room, both more muscular than himself. He gently scratched his forehead with one of his claws. ----- Near the stratosphere, was another pod of dino origin. Inside, sat a Slye, clearly not enjoying his experience. The seat was really for Brawlers, or Drainers. Slyes and Liliths generally didn't enjoy the ride. They had no reason to. His scales were a dark blue, similar to the night sky when illuminated by stars. He had a rather odd cringe on his face, and his dark green eyes blinked rapidly. Looking down at the large window from the pod, he realized he was about to land in one of those human puddles.
Crystal Alien
After Alaxor read the message that had slipped out from the door he was gone. Not even bothering to wait for Daniel knowing he already had a transportion probaly to get to where he needed to go. So he climbed into his transportion device ( Da fudge do we use any way? ), and started driving to where he was posted. He looked around, and made sure his gun was there along with the proper items for use. (( Honestly, I need to know what I have to use to get around.. ))
Naimo
Eriawia heard the noise and turned to see Dilgear landing. She had never seen him before and walked over to him, her chainmail dress and veil swaying as she walked, her cloak flying backwards slightly. She could barely see his body, but was intrigued by his armour; she had never seen anything like his. "Another Dragonoid, hm? I don't like introductions, so let's get this over with - I'm Eriawia." She battered her eyelashes slightly, unable to help herself.
fenrir
Dilgear stood up. He was about Eriawia's height, but there were clear differences. She had hair, he didn't, she was muscular, he wasn't. Seeing as he was in the presence of two higher ranked Dragonoids, he bowed curtly. "Dilgear, your Mechanic." At closer examination, his armor was inactive. The meters were at their lowest, and no fumes seemed to exhale from the various pipes. ---- Dominic grunted. He stood in front of the door, as he had finished reading the note. His black hair was smoothed nicely back, and he seemed to be Italian. His suit was like all others, black and imposing. He quickly brought out a pair of black glasses from a pocket, and wore them. He left the building rather quickly, walking down the steps and stopped meters in front of it. Crystal Alien
(( I guess my guy will be using a horse, cause no one seems to tell me what we use for transportation... )) As he horse galloped down the road, he headed off towards the united states. Or thats where he thought it was at. Glancing out at the some what destroyed looking terrian he was passing by. He seen a old camp site that looked like a old viking settlement. So he turned the horse to trot towards the site. When he climbed off he looked at a old fire pit, that was stone cold so he decided it probaly wasn't used alot. He let out a loud groan noise, when he stood up to strech. Glancing aruond the place he seen nothing of use so he went, and grabbed onto his horse, and heaved him self onto it. Where he started back off onto his slow, but steady journy. ( Dis will take for ever. xD )
Enrise
--I thought that in my opening post, I stated that Dracul was in his own room =/ Not that it matters much. Dracul looked out to the corner of his eye, seeing Dilgear and Eriawia close. He saw Dilgear bowed due to the presence of being in Superior ranked Dragonoids. Dracul turned, walking to Dilgeal, and stopped. "You may rise Dilgear."He didn't really like people bow that much. So he always made them stand up. "Dilgear. I have a question to ask. Do you know where my father is currently located?" Dracul asked, putting his hands behind his back. "I wish to ask him something personal. Oh, and I'm sure you know who I am. If not, then allow me, I am Dracul Astarot."
Naimo
Eriawia heard Dracul speak and acted as if she hadn't heard him; it was not like her to speak too much outside of what she called 'working hours'; ie when they weren't about to fight. She had never seen a Mechanic before, and found herself being fascinated by the armour. It was very perculiar, with so many vents and pipes and meters, compared to the more sophisticated Senitel armour. She fell silent and listened to their conversation instead. fenrir
((xD Ryan, you're an MiB. You don't use horses. You have those pimp black cars. Okay everyone, if you have any questions, PM me or Nexev. Do this before you post to avoid getting embarrassed like ryan. :P) Dilgear stood, and eyed Dracul. He looked up at the cieling, and finally turned back to him. "7th floor, room 236. Right beside the other important ones." He was on good terms with Dracul, thankfully. He did catch Eriawia glimpsing at his armor, and he turned towards her. He was intent on being on good terms with her. He couldn't tell what season it was in the large spacecraft, but he guessed it was late fall. --- A crash was heard directly above Varjak's cave. A thick blade cut through the ground, and slit it open. Pebbles and rocks began to flow out as if the Earth was bleeding. A young man arose from the crack in the ground. His green/black messy hair blinding him for a moment. He blew a part of his hair to see. "Wow, above ground looks spectacular." Was all that he muttered. He seemed to be well built, and sported half mail.
Enrise
"Thank you Dilgear." Dracul turned to Eriawia and stood in front of her. "I'm sorry that I ignored you, Eriawia. If you do wish to talk however, let's talk after what we would call, "work hours", shall we?" Dracul turned around without an answer from Eriawia, and made way for the door on the other side of the room, opening it, and stepping out into the hallway. Naimo
"It matters not," said Eriawia as she watched Dracul leave. She turned to Dilgear. "You must be the first Mechanic I've properly met ..." She glared more at his armour. "That armour must be quite heavy ... and complicated from what it seems." She took several steps closer to him, still curious. *** Varjak heard the disturbance. "What the gruff-" He saw a young man rise and immediately walked over to him. "Young Viking, there are entrances and exits to tunnel, you know." He tapped the wooden end of his spear-staff on the ground several times, as if to check the firmness of the tunnels. Once satisfied, he turned his attention back to the Viking.
fenrir
Dilgear smiled. He enjoyed it when people commented on his work. "Yes, it was a pain to build." He glanced down as she got a closer look at his armor. "I use it to test air and gas levels in any surroundings. Important stuff." As she crept closer, Dilgear's cheeks flushed to a low pinkish hue. He wasn't used to females getting this close to him, as he generally kept to himself. ---- Holland grunted. As he got up from his lower tunnel entrenchment, he got a better view of his surroundings. "Who knew that Earth was this... Bright..." He brought up his left hand, the one with the large black sword, to block out the sun from his eyes. His right arm was a sickly black, and a chain seemed to wrap around his right hand.
Naimo
Despite getting seemingly close, Eriawia was still keeping her distance; she didn't want to get her armour dirty, even if it was only a tiny smudge. She couldn't stand dirt. "I see. It's very interesting." She paused. "Tell me, what drew you to becoming a Mechanic? For me, I felt it was already out of option when I had a choice." *** "Surprisingly bright, eh?" asked Varjak. "It's not that bright compared to a Seeker of Fire in a dark tunnel, now that is bright." He cleared his throat gruffly. "So who may you be, and what class are you? I am Varjak, and I assume you have already figured I would be a sorceror." He said this with a slightly disgruntled tone, as if he couldn't understand why he was a sorceror when he clearly could have been perfect for a Berseker or Einherjar. fenrir
Dilgear sighed. "It's a rather long story, but in short, tinkering is fun, mindlessly bashing things with clubs isn't in my nature. No offense of course." He glanced at Eriawia's armor. It was very ornamental, with no actually purpose but to absorb and direct mana. "Not to mention I'm not that fit to become one." ---- Holland shrugged. "Berserker I suppose." He indicated his sickly black arm. "Demon in there, in case you be wondering." It was clear that his sword had no sheath, and that he held it while walking. He wondered what the old man was doing outside of the tunnels.
Enrise
Dracul was on the 7th floor, right in front of room 236, where his father currently resided. He opened the door, only to see his father facing him, as if he was expecting him. Dracul looked into his father's eyes, and saw the same color. Silver. There genetics were similar Dracul and his father. Dracul stepped inside, and the door closed behind him. --Fenrir, are you able to partake as my father? Naimo
Eriawia felt a faint smile on her lips. "I had a choice between Crawler and Senitel, but I chose Senitel." She tried to change the colour of her scales but failed. "That was a contributing factor to being a Senitel. And I'm glad I became one - it's not such a bad job." Not to mention I can use my charms on the boys ... she added in her thoughts. *** "Ah I thought so," said Varjak coolly as he observed the arm. In truth, he didn't but he didn't want to seem like a stupid, grouchy Viking. "Well now we're on the surface of the mountains, we best be getting on our way, no? Much to do, much to explore. Aye ..." He began to move but stopped. "Are yer going to come or not?"
fenrir
As Dracul entered the room, his father stared him down. He was a black Dragonoid much like Dracul himself, and a short beard extended down from his muzzle. "Dracul, I see you remember what to do when you're first awakened." "Ah Crawlers. Those sneaky bastards always seem to be looking at my blue prints." He grinned slightly, but his grin quickly faded as he saw a pair of Dragonoids talk together. One was clearly female, the other was male. "Great. I guess it must be spring already. That means mating season." He rolled his eyes at the word. ---- Holland seemed to ruff out slightly. "Fine." He jumped down from his elevated position, landing beside Varjak. He leaned his sword on his shoulder, and indicated for Varjak to walk ahead. Enrise
"Yes. I know exactly what to do. Revenge my mother and the one I loved, the ones you killed. And I will not take any excuses." Dracul answered, as the color in his eyes started to swirl with a black and silver. He put his hand onto the Dianaium's hilt, and went into a stance. "I will not hold back." --This could be something, right? Or would it affect the plot?
Crystal Alien
Alaxor contuined on his way to the united states. Traveling along the dirt roads, and threw cuts in the woods. Naimo
Eriawia laughed slightly. She didn't crave for a mate; she was perfectly happy being alone. "I take it Valentines Day is not for you?" she casually asked Dilgear. "I've never paid much attention to it myself." *** Varjak took the hint and began to walk ahead, glancing around him. So this was earth ... he had never been above the ground like Holland. Now that he was, he felt like a child in a gigantic playroom; everything was there, waiting for him to explore and to wear out. He unconsciously gripped his spear-staff tighter, as if afraid of an attack, which seemed unlikely due to how close they were to Viking territory, where they could easily slip back into the tunnels and raise the alarm. fenrir
((ryan, this is an advanced RP. Please post more than 4 lines. -brings out perma-ban lance- Or else. =I)) "Ugh, I just hate it how every Dragonoid completely ignores the whole sentimental value of it. For them, it's the stronger the better. We Mechanics get left out from the fuzzy stuff, and end up becoming a rarer class." He had finished his rant, and sighed. Several other Dragonoids were following suit. ---- Meanwhile, somewhere in Afghanistan, several soldiers sat by a large dune of sorts. One was different from the rest, his dark brown hair had grown out unlike the shaved heads of his allies. Well, save the one female in the group. He had his M60 to the side, and was drinking some water.
Crystal Alien
(( Kinda hard to type 4 lines, about riding a horse... )) The horse trotted along the dirt path he decided to take into the woods. Some branchs cracked under the weight of the horse when it walked threw. They heard a snap off to the side, thats when Alaxor pulled the rines on his horse, and the horse let out a loud noise, and came to a stop. He brought him self down from the horse taking ahold of a case to his side. Which he pulled out his AWM sniper case, and asembled in with amazing speed. He than walked the horse off to a tree, and tyed it onto it. While he walked into the woods hoping the noise he had just herd would provide some food. He than noticed a pond not to far off to the side which is where he seen a deer drinking from the stream. He slowly placed the snope to his eyes, and licked his lip once when he pushed down the trigger the silencer took hold, and muffled out the sound. The deer than dropped, and he went over to get his meal. He slid down one of his knifes when he reached there, and cut off the deers testicales so the meat wouldn't be posioned. He than walked back to his horse, and took the rope off from around the tree, and tyed him to a new one closer to his make shift camp-ground for the day. He than went on with gutting the deer. Davok
The bright purple light illuminated once again above the heads of the two Dragonoids that were busy chatting. Except this time the light began to descend, go down into the room in a blinding orb of purple light. Upon closer inspection one might have seen a round circular impression in the centre of the object. The orb floated downwards suddenly into the middle of the two. It turned slowly, and the light deafened slowly as it surveyed the room absentmindedly. Suddenly, it jolted towards Dilgear. "The purpose of the Mechanics is maintenance, Unit D21. You're tinkering is acceptable as long as it is beneficial." It rotated toward Eriawia, and studied her. "You're curiosity is also perfectly acceptable, Unit E59. But never forget your purpose." Caliban began to ascend back upwards toward the roof of the hull, muttering unintelligibly. "Hull Squadron is activated. Unit D21 is active, Unit E59 has retrieved weapons, and Unit D01 is visiting," The AI paused for a moment as if in contemplation. "Father." Ascending upwards, it announced: "Your brothers and sisters will soon awaken, Dragonoids! There is much work to be done! You have two hours to prepare until you are dispatched on your first mission! Then you may head to the Briefing Room." Suddenly, a door to the right of the hull was illuminated with flashing purple light. "Good luck, Dragonoids, and may the best of luck be to you all." The light dimmed, and the hull once again fell under darkness.
Naimo
Eriawia heard the message and nodded, her headdress swaying as she did so. At last, they could soon make a move. "I hope these two hours pass quickly," said Eriawia to Dilgear. "There is nothing better than work ... well, in my opinion anyway." She leaned against the wall, her arms folded.
