No effect makes it break the 3000 rule. The only monster without an negative effect with over 3000 atk is that Conducter Tyranno card.....I might have that wrong. To lazy to look it up.... Anyway the point is that a monster with over 3000 atk has to have a negative effect. AKA losing lifepoints, destroying your own monsters, etc. etc..

Your pic is also blurry and normal monsters really don't do good around here like everyone else said. Exspecially not a Synchro.

I could go on and on saying that there are to many monsters with 3000 ATK without any negative effects to count but there's no need sense most of the ones I can think of are incredebly difficult to summon.

Yea Syncro with no effect an over 4000 ATK spells Newb. Sorry man. 2/10

Your right. Sry. I was going off of memorey thinking about the 3000 rule. It doesn't include monster that can be special summoned. Only normal summoned monsters. Here is the rule from the Wikia site that I looked at.

"The "Rule of 3000" is a general rule that few monster cards have an original ATK or DEF of over 3000. Those that do typically have Special Conditions for being Summoned, to limit the cards. A very small number of monsters with over 3000 ATK can be Normal Summoned without Special Conditions, and with very few exceptions (such as "Super Conductor Tyranno"), they have negative side effects that can hamper their usefulness.
