And the second effect, every turn, since you can only have 4 other monsters which is most unlikely, once per turn, make it during your Standby Phase, bit OPed if used in the right Deck

Aiku: Tuning Tuner that tunes its tones when the toons from Looneytoons are going to do gooning does.

OCG: activates, but already said.

Effect: This effect is tuning the tuners. I like it, since you can find the right monster for the Synchro summon. Whoever, it could turn overpowered, but it's effect is made that way and it's DEF and ATK is enough low to make this Queen balance in my balance of Effect.

Image and Name: I see a woman, but not a queen. Where's her crown? But it's EXTREMELY MINOR, of course.
