This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Fiend-type monsters from your side of the field or Graveyard. As long as you control another Fiend-type monster, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Fiend-type monsters you controlx200 points. If you do this, this card cannot attack this turn.

Ok this card has like a built in Lord of D. effect which applies when a Fiend type monster exists on your side of the field. That's pretty cheap especially as long as the fiend type monster can stay alive and also that card has a pretty high ATK and DEF for a monster who only requires the user to remove 3 Fiend monsters from the field or graveyard makes it hard to take down. The other effect is fine but it could use a "discard 1 spell/trap/monster card in order to activate this effect" effect so it doesn't be abused every time it's your turn when your opponent can manage to stall you with a spell or trap card like Gravity Bind or Level Limit - Area B. You come to think it's not hard to remove monsters from play especially when there is that one card in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG that makes both players remove all monsters that are sent to the graveyard from play instead. So overall the first effect is pretty cheap in its own way and doesn't have too much of a drawback to it especially when this card is a 4000 ATK and 4000 DEF hitter and the second effect needs a drawback otherwise it'll be abused over and over again making draining your opponent's life points easy. 6/10

Horribly overpowered. Passable picture. Don't use the word "points" in effects. That stopped a while ago.
