You must be on something if you are giving high rates to cards that have frequent errors and no effort shown in them. You've not even given a 3/10.

Meh... I reduced the power lvls,what you want me to do to make them better? I'm a bit lazy too,so if i don't do it right away don't be surprised.

In fact, there are several things you could change:

 

-Use real Types. The Legendary Birds can all be Winged Beasts but with suitable Attributes, The Mew family can be Psychic Types (no explanation there), and I don't see how 3 of the cards deserve the DIVINE attribute.

-Create original effects. All of your effects now involve monsters gaining ATK. You can be a lot more imaginative with their abilities. Here's an example I made for a possible Mewtwo effect:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 Psychic-Type monsters you control. Once during your Main Phase, you can pay 1500 Life Points to look at the card at the top of your opponent's Deck. If it is a Monster Card, destroy it. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activated this effect. If the destroyed monster is Special Summoned, it is Summoned to your side of the field instead."

Isn't that more creative than just gaining ATK? Try to make effects that are similar to their abilities, too.

 

There you have it. 2 things you could change to boost the rating and quality of your cards. If you want more help, you can PM me. If you are going to make these changes, edit your very first post and replace the original cards instead of posting them again.
