Frozen Judgment
[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 WATER or WIND monsters you control while "Umi" is on the field. This card's Attribute is also treated as WIND while this card is face-up on the field. When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "Heavy Storm", "Giant Trunade", or "Mystical Space Typhoon" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. You can discard 1 card to negate the activation of a card effect that targets and destroys a card you control and destroy that card.

Monkey
Solemn Judgment says hi. This card is insanely broken. It's a MST on legs and let's you bring back your MST, HS, and GT's. It needs more drawbacks... The pic is overused. I can't pronounce the first part of the name lol.
Blamonchesix
Try putting a more difficult summoning cost.Or lessen the effects. Still, not bad. 9/10 (^_^) I like it.
wirespy
Nice card, like the pic. Try making it harder to summon. 9/
ragnarok1945
it lets you keep bringing back Trunade, Heavy Storm, and MST. That is WAY too powerful of an effect, it needs drawbacks right away 7/
Hrash0
Great OCG. Lol I'd obviously go for Trunade or Heavy storm. Nice card, a tad OPed.9/
Frozen Judgment
it lets you keep bringing back Trunade' date=' Heavy Storm, and MST. That is WAY too powerful of an effect, it needs drawbacks right away 7/10[/quote'] It only lets you bring it back ONCE. When it is summoned. I'll make his summon into a normal summon though. Also, I'll make it to searching the Deck only for Trunade, Heavy, and MST.

Bengal
Good card, the image is a bit overused but it is a good one, and the OCG is fine. The effect seems relatively balanced and fits the name nicely. I think it would be fairly playable as well, considering the Spell and Trap Cards listed are often run in a WATER based deck. A useful field control card. 9/
