The card must relate to any of the LV monsters (Armed Dragon, Silent Swordsman, Silent Magician, etc) 4. Winner must recieve 5 Votes. 5. END DATE: 10/27/09 6. Follow Rules 1, 2, 3, and 5. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Level Up!" when it sends Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 8" to the Graveyard. As long as this card remains Face-Up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot activate Spell Cards and the effects of all Spell Cards they control are negated. If the opponent activates a Trap Card, you may pay 500 Life Points to negate that card's activation and destroy it.
