Havok_SCO
Here is my OP'd staple of my new Necros theme. I think of it as a Synchro version of Rainbow Neos and I played along that power scale. It might still be to OP'd but its hard to summon. It has to be exactly level 10 to bring out and you have to use Necros Dragoon who is already hard to summon. Necros dragoon's level changes depending on how many Necros monsters are in your grave. I hate the picture I really really do and I've spent half the day looking for a better one but I've come up short so far so please just judge the effect. Here it is: [spoiler=lore]1 DARK type Tuner monster + "Necros Dragoon"When this monster is succesfully Synchro Summoned combine your Graveyard with your Deck and suffle. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, roll a six sided die and apply one of the following effects:1, Destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. 2, Discard the top 4 cards of your Deck. 3, Destroy all Spell and Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field. 4, Discard the top 8 cards from the top of your deck. 5, Remove this card from play. 6, Discard the top 12 cards of your deck. If your wondering about the rest of the cards they can be found in the thread marked 'My new creations" I'll try to link the later.
Lexadin
With the big side effect's it's one of the few less Op Synchro's in the world.A 7/
Havok_SCO
Thanks. I thought so as well. Its would be super hard to summon and the dice rolls are quite risky.
toa141825
i think its pretty good and not OP'ed that much cause your destroying your deck and can kill this awsome monster. but if you combo it with "dice re-roll" you can choose which roll you like out of two rolls. 9/
ragnarok1945
this will cause you too much hard than good, you should have added more than just 1 beneficial dice roll result 8/
Havok_SCO
there are two beneficial dice rolls? Plus the 4500 atk makes him have good stats. On the upside of him destroying the controller's deck, the Necros cards work off of that so its really not too bad. I think its fairly balanced. Its not a card thats going to be thrown out every game I don't think. More like a card for special victories.

JamesWebb
Pretty cool, but not so good if the dice roll went wrong!7.5/
ExtremeG
Cool pic and the effect seems balanced. I would suggest taking it down to at least ATK 3000-3500.9.2/
Havok_SCO
I would take the atk down but then it wouldn't be smart to Tune the Necross Dragoon. His ATK can reach higher than this cards atk value already. The atk isn't really that powerfull when you see how difficult it is to summon.
