1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

Once per turn, you may discard 2 cards or pay 700 Life Points to negate the effect of all Spell and Trap cards until your opponent’s Draw Phase. If this card is the target of an effect monster you can pay 500 Life Points to negate that effect. By decreasing this card’s ATK to 1000 till your next standby phase, you can draw 5 cards from your deck. If any are monsters discard them, if any are Spell or Trap cards add them to your hand.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters

When this card is successfully summoned destroy one face-down card on your opponent’s side of the field. Once per turn, by paying 700 Life Points you can negate the activation of one Trap card and destroy it. When this effect is activated Special Summon one non-tuner EARTH monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this card is destroyed as a result of a trap card you can Special Summon the cards used to Synchro Summon this card.

Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, discard 2 cards or pay 600 Life Points to negate an attack and increase this card’s DEF by 300 for every 700 ATK the attacking monster has, until your next Standby Phase. When this card is the target of an effect, draw 1 card. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, increase all of your monster’s DEF by 500.

My rating comments for your Prime Crystal Dragon:

Your first card has many OCG errors and also it's slightly overpowered; discarding 2 cards is harder to do than pay 700 life points for an effect that can negate every spell and trap card until your opponent's turn/draw phase thus making paying 700 life points a more common choice unless you're running a discard deck or a dark world deck. I'd say stick with the discard 2 cards since most decks are built to use as many cards as possible making it harder to activate a pretty cheap effect. The last effect on the first card is somewhat cheap; allowing yout to draw 5 cards from your deck is hefty and even if they all were monsters it would stack your graveyard with enough monsters to activate Pot of Avarice with or you could get a strong monster discarded to the graveyard and then you Call of the Haunted it onto your side of the field. I'd say drop it down to 3 cards because even if they all are spell and trap cards, they're bound to be useful and if they are monster cards, they are bound to help in the activation of a spell or trap card. Also, you forgot the synchro summon monsters required to synchro summon it. 6/10

My rating comments for your Nightmare Dragon:

Well your second card is a bit better but not quite so in every way. Allowing you to special summon a non-tuner EARTH monster from your hand or graveyard for a small cost of 700 life points that already allows you to negate and destroy a trap card is pretty cheap especially if it's a high hitter monster like Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon or Perfect Machine King that's in your graveyard or hand. If that's the case you'll either need to step up your trap card negation cost to like 2000 life points or just limit it down to just being able to special summon a lvl 4 or lower EARTH monster which sounds much more reasonable. Also, why not make it a lvl 4 or lower DARK monster that can be speical summoned instead of an EARTH monster since the synchro monster itself is a DARK monster. 7/10

My rating comments for your Cyborg Dragon:

The third card is probably the most balanced out of the three cards posted. Your choices of discarding 2 cards or paying 600 life points should just be changed to paying 600 life points since the effect isn't terrible cheap to be discarding cards for. Also, the second effect should be something like "When this card is targeted by the effect of your opponent, draw 1 card" to reduce it's effect from being abused by yourself/the user of the card since what you could do to activate its effect is target it with equip spells allowing you to draw for each equip spell that targeted it. Overall, it's pretty good and balanced. 8/10
