No, these questions do NOT concern HOW. Jirachi isn't dumb.

A certain member who hasn't posted anything at all and stuff wasted name whatchacalems. Jirachi wants to change Jirachi's name to "Jirachi" but this guy who simply didn't do anything on YCM used that username. Since he is way so inactive, is it OK to delete him so Jirachi will be able to change Jirachi's name to "Jirachi"?

Jirachi once saw on an old Thread, somebody was saying something that you had to be on YCM for at least 3 months to get a name-change, is this true?

1st Question: No, accounts won't be deleted ever even if they are inactive for 10 years or even if they didn't post at all.

 

2nd Question: That's an old thread, you can now change your name without any exceptions, you can even change it daily as long as you ask nicely.
