Its been a long time since I have done some birdies =D

[align=center]Mad Bombing Bird – Robin

Effect:

When this card is Summoned, select 1 card on the field and put a Bomb Counter on it. A card with a Bomb Counter on it is destroyed during the End Phase.

Mad Bombing Goblin – Eagle

EWB-EN022-Mad-Bombing-Goblin-Eag-1.png

Effect:

"Mad Bombing Bird - Robin" + 1 Warrior-Type monster

When this card attacks an opponent's monster you can put 1 Bomb Counter on the opponent's monster to skip Damage Calculation. If you used this effect, this card cannot be selected as an attack target during your opponent's next Battle Phase. A card with a Bomb Counter on it is destroyed during the End Phase.

A little bit of trivia for the few of of you who didn't know:

Redbreasts are also called Robin and Robin is also a first name for both boys and girls. And Eagle is the name for a surtain kind of bird of prey but also the last name of some people.

Both are rather OP'ed' date=' and so are Bomb Counters in general. Nice cards though, 8.3/10.

How can Bomb Counters be overpowered (or any Counter for that mather)? It all depends on how difficult it is to get them on a card right? I also don't really believe my Robin is really OP, I mean you can't really use it to destroy your opponent's last monster to attack for game. And if you select a face-down Spell or Trap card your opponent has the entire turn to activated that card so you can't really use it to destroy your opponent's back-row either. Technically anything you destroy with Robin can be replaced by your opponent during his next turn. As for eagle, he may be a bit OP but it is a fusion making up for a lot.

Good cards, I like the images and they fit the cards nicely, and the OCG is fine.

The first one seems relatively balanced since the effect can only be used once, but the second is a bit more overpowered. Although as JG mentioned, it is because of the nature of the Bomb Counters. Maybe add more of a Summoning condition for monsters that include Bomb Counters.

8.5/10

If you destroy a DAD, JD, Mirror Force, etc. , they can't replace it next turn, can they?

Pretty good cards, but a tad OP'ed.

8.4/10

If I would remove the "If you used this effect, this card cannot be selected as an attack target during your opponent's next Battle Phase." part would it be balanced right?

EDIT:

If you destroy a DAD' date=' JD, Mirror Force, etc. , they can't replace it next turn, can they?

Your opponent should have won in turn he summoned DAD or JD (and if your opponent uses them you are allowed to use Dark Hole IMOP anyway). And Mirror Force can still be triggered when you attack so if you want to destroy it you can't attack during that turn
