So, as I was collecting all these new Toon cards on Stardust Accelerator, I had a thought. "What about a Toon Stardust Dragon?"So I got to work. And after hours of researching, finding the right picture and searching many websites for pictures and Toon information, I created my best card yet. Welcoming...Toon Stardust Dragon! [/img]Lore:This card cannot be summoned unless "Toon World is on the field. This card cannot attack during the same turn it is summoned. Pay 500 LP each time this monster attacks. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is destroyed also. During either players turn, you may send this card to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a card your opponent controls and destroy it. The effect is reasonably balanced, considering it relies on TW. Maybe add: "send this card to the Graveyard to negate the activate of a Spell or Trap Card Effect..." 8/10 EDIT: didn't know that image is on a real card, that takes away form it a bit.
