BrenTenkage
interesting way to alter the game. Weak monsters are weaker and strong monsters are stronger. Smart
Mindscatter
Yes, this would be mainly used in a Synchro deck. BUMP
MVP1991
If this were an actual card, it would be awesome in Yubel decks (although this is limit material) 9/
Mindscatter
Actually, if this card would exist in reality, it would be itself Limited. This is not a deck support as much as an anti-support. It is able to simply kill all Legendary Ocean, Spell Counter, Morphtronic, Cloudian and beatdown decks. Mindscatter
Yeah, I always said the best effects are very short ones for Spells and very long ones for monsters. YAY MY 800th POST

Deustodo
H.S. Monsters would get overpowered with this card effect, but still I will give you a 9.5/10.
Mindscatter
What does H.S. mean?
Deustodo
heh, To tell you the truth, I really don't know, H.S. just sond cool, but I think you can call it however you want, but Chase1600 said they could mean "Hyper Synchro". But I don't know.

Deustodo
Ah, Just forget about it, you just need to know that a H.S. can get from Level 1 to Level 120.

Jolta
Yes, Next thing I'm gonna see is Level OVA 9000! A possible Level.9000x400=3600000!Yeah, Imagine that. So, if the Level is negative, then how?
Mindscatter
The ATK and DEF will still be 0. There are cards that reduce ATK by a certain amount, but they never make ATK fall under 0.
