She thought back as to why she left the Guardians; the man she loved and the result of that one mission. Nion had been one of the first to condemn her after the disastrous mission. Elincia snapped back into life and responded to Krieg."By all means the tournament needs to happen quickly." Elincia said."But the kids need a day to recover. And I don't think I could stand doing anything else today." Elinicia said.-------------------------From what Ephraim could tell a very dangerous battle had took place in his and Hesperus' absence. While they had been attacked as well it was nothing compared to what had happened here. As nothing was going on he decided to head back to his room. After saying that I have a notice for all in this role play. Please try to make your posts at least four lines and good quality. Since this is an advance RP now I would like you all to review the rules once again for the added effects of the Advanced Clause.  Krieg sighed at the fact that he was being ignored by Nion but he let it pass because of his mild manor nature. Krieg, turned his attention back to the youth that he had accidentally ignored when he started his conversation with Nion. "Sorry for not giving you my undivided attention earlier. You can sign up with me in my office, follow me so you can fill out some papers and get your room assignment." Krieg said and started to walk off for the main school building... The entered the door and Krieg took a seat at his desk, there were two other chairs that were setup in front of the desk that were probably used for meetings. "Please have a seat." The office wasn't average at all. Marble floor and black leather chairs, with a high ceiling that went up into a point. "My name is Krieg and I'm the Headmaster of this school. Now if you'd just fill out this form..." Krieg said, sliding a peace of paper and a pen across the desk and over to the youth. He then pulled out a clipboard to see what rooms were available in the dorms, there were a few and he had to decide the best one for this youth. "Do go on..." Perhaps Nion didn't remember who Elincia was and what the outcome of one of her missions as a Guardian was."Excuse me? You come after everything is over, and you call me weak?! Where do you get off?! Like I'd want to be trained by you! If I turned out anything like Drania, who you can't even help get comfortable with her OWN appearance, I'd prefer to kill myself! I don't need your help! You, the woman who condemned me without even the slightest bit of sympathy for my situation! What could you do for me?! How could you even consider asking me that?! No, all I need is for YOU to get away from here! Leave me alone and don't pretend you're some amazing person who in her infinite mercy extends aid to the weak!" Elincia said very angry. In truth Elincia was letting the past anger her now but she couldn't help it. Nion hadn't done anything to be unexpected, then or now, but Elincia still got angry all the same.------------------------------------------Ephraim entered his tiger form as he went back to his room. He needed to get the time in as he hadn't yet that day. The last thing he needed was to start attacking people. The necklace glowed for a few seconds and lifted into the air, before falling down. Laurryn sat, holding herself up with her arms, gasping. He doesn't take anything seriously and always laughs when he can. Secretly however he's very shrewd. He's never one to let something go unwasted and always examines the best possibility for his actions. He also depresses his own actions at any given turn. Secretly he's very serious and depressed but never shows it. History: Ranashi's personality comes from a dark past. When he was young and immature he didn't feel the world as anything serious and he never took anything seriously. He felt the world was in his hands but his actions made him do something unforgivable. When it happened all he had left was his twin sister whom instantly ostricized him for what he did. He was left alone to fend for himself in the worst part of Aeon. Weapon of Choice/Abilities:  Abilities: His power is based around forms of energy. Manipulating energy from his wings. The wings themselves are made of pure energy and can be dispersed at will.  Perhaps his most useful form of energy is lightning. His wings glow yellow when he uses lightning. Using this he is able to not only fire lightning from his fingers but is able to absorb lightning to make himself more powerful. He can steal lightning from certain targets. He calls this twitch as he has a tendancy to say this when he steals lightning energy.  His secondary form of energy is fire. His wings glow red in this form. He is able to breath fire and release it from his palms. He is also able to make it explode when its released.  His final form of energy manipulation is manipulation itself. He can absorb and deflect energy at will however this form takes an extreme amount of energy from himself and it takes more time to absorb energy because of this. Using energy he also able to heal his injuries to a minor extent. Weapons: His favorite of weaponry is the short sword. Using this he is able to easily manipulate energy from the tip of this weapon. Oh wait, actually you could've, if you'd seen that Melvitica was hellbent on killing everyone at every Academy! And don't you dare lecture me about the students! You don't do anything for them! Who teaches them? Who helps them control their powers? Who makes them feel like they aren't a freak?..... Who makes them feel... like their life has a purpose?" Elincia said. Tears were welling up as she thought of what her teachers had done for her and all the students she, Krieg, and all the other teachers had helped. Then she got angry again."Apparently you can't even help the one student you have! I'm not going to take anything else from YOU!" Elincia said as she left the room. Andx Posted December 7, 2009 Report Share Posted December 7, 2009 Elincia stormed off. The thoughts of the mission were raging through her mind. Nion, Elincia, and a man named Marcus had been working together as a Guardian team. The three got along rather well. Marcus and Nion were quite experienced Guardians but Elincia had just become one. She was assigned to a more experienced group so she could better learn what it was to be a Guardian. As she had always hoped to do so, she was happy to be able to constantly help people. She loved it and she was good friends with her teammates. But as a year or two passed Elincia felt like something was missing from her life. She never could place her finger on it. She became restless with the job as a Guardian. She was unable to do anything she wanted. It was always the call to help and that had to be the Guardian's top priority. Soon Elincia found what it was. One day as her team was returning from a mission they passed through Aeon. She saw a man and as their eyes met Elincia felt something odd. The two approached each other and started talking. Nion was quick to remind Elincia of her responsibilities. As she left, Elincia looked back at the man. As far as she knew, she was in love with him. From then on Elincia tried as much as she could to spend what little free time she had with him. Nion and Marcus both consistently told her she wasn't meant to have a relationship, a Guardian couldn't. Elincia dismissed the warning as she saw nothing wrong with it. Elincia and the man, named Vincent, became very close. Though he had no powers he was very accepting of Elincia's and he was amazed at the work she did. One day Vincent proposed to Elincia but Elincia was stuck in a hard decision. She told him she needed time and he was understanding. That night Elincia, Nion, and Marcus were assigned on a particularly dangerous mission. Several rogues with powers were attempting to invade Aeon. The three were sent on a sort of recon mission; they were to scope out the enemy forces and report back. Elincia didn't have her usual resolve that night. Her mind was filled with thoughts of Vincent who she wished very much to marry. Marcus, being the best at stealth in the group, decided he would move in closer. Elincia's job was to cover him in the event someone attempted an attack. Sure enough, an attack came but Marcus never saw it coming. Elincia's mind had slipped off to Vincent at the worst moment and she didn't see the attacker either. Marcus was killed. Elincia focused on the mission only to see that her delay had caused the death of one of her best friends. Nion rushed in and retrieved Marcus' body and dragged Elincia off. When they came into a safe zone, Nion was furious and Elincia was in tears. Elincia was terribly grieved that she had allowed Marcus' death. Nion proceed to yell at her for her distraction. Nion was clearly upset as well but Elincia could only see the anger in her eyes at the time. Upon returning to their base the other Guardian's looked down on Elincia with shame. A hearing was held as to whether or not she should be permitted to continue in her position. Nion told the council that she felt Elincia shouldn't remain and told them how she had been seeing someone. Elincia was furious and heavily grieved at the same time. Before the council could make a decision she resigned. Upon reflection Elincia thought that Nion may have been trying to protect her. It wouldn ot have been enjoyable to stay in the Guardians after that and Elincia was truly in love. However she never thought of this at the time.  Plagued by her emotions she returned to Vincent and recounted the sad tale. Vincent comforted her and she accepted his proposal. The two were married shortly after and they settled on the northern edge of Aeon. Elincia never got over what she had allowed to happen and had never quite forgiven Nion for not defending her. Elincia nearly walked into a wall as she snapped back into reality. Tears were flowing from her eyes. The flames behind her died down as she crouched down with her face in her hands. She was crying not only because of the past, but now she had hurt Drania as well. Elincia just stayed there crying. All she could do was hurt people. In the past, the present, and she was sure in the future. She hated herself for what she'd done. Whether Nion was coming or not no longer mattered to her. She tried to sound angry but she couldn't keep it up."....I always knew that. You two were so close. And I was always grateful for what you two taught me....... more than you, I couldn't forgive myself. I still can't." Elincia said. Elincia couldn't stop from expressing her opinions about herself."I'm worthless! All I can do is hurt people! All because I couldn't stay committed. I let one of my best friends die and caused my other friend great harm as well. And now because I couldn't control myself I hurt Drania." Elincia said her face in her hands again."I'm sure you hate me. You have to! I deserve it! I deserve everyone's hatred! I'm only a pain to all those around me!.... I can't do anything........
