OCG fixes:

less = lower

U 21 :

If this card is at the End Phase on your side of the field taking Defense Position, inflict 1000 damage to your opponents Life Points.

U - 9:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set except if there is 1 Machine-Type monster on your side of the field. If this card is sent to graveyard by battle you can remove this card form game to negate 1 attack.

U - 2:

If this card is at the End Phase on your side of the field taking Attack Position, you can sent one card from your hand to the graveyard to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

Recycling:

Add 1 Machine-Type monster from your graveyard to your hand. The added monster cannot be summoned the turn this Spell card was activated.

I think the OCG should be rather like this;

 

U-17: "Once per turn, you can discard a card from your hand to add 1 level 4 or lower monster from your Deck to your hand."

 

U-21: "If this card is in face-up Defence Position during your End Phase, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent."

 

U-9: "While you control at least 1 face-up Machine-Type monster, you can special summon this card from your hand to your side of the field. You can remove from play this card form your Graveyard to negate 1 attack."

 

U-2: "If this card is in Attack Position during your End Phase, you can discard 1 card to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent."

 

Recycling: "You cannot perform any Nomral Summon the turn this card is activated. Add 1 Machine-Type from your deck to your hand."

many OCG errors, the effects for a few are also bland and boring. Nevertheless the idea for the remains sound and since you're new, I'll give it 5/10

Not...innovative. Try to think of something that will really rock the game. Something that'll really make a match look awesome. Also. besides the multitude of OCG errors, the pictures aren't really exciting, if not horrible. But you did try and the idea of a space deck is really nice, so I guess it's a...
