SushiTheLegend
Reviving Chaos - The EnvoyThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 LIGHT and 2 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. When a monster is destroyed by this card, it is removed from play. When a monster is removed from play by this card's effect, place 1 Burning Chaos Counter on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Burning Chaos Counter to negate it's destruction and then inflict 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. My third round entry for the Battle Royale hosted by Arc. So for this I needed to make something that followed or supported the Chaos Arch-Type, it also had to be a 11 or 12 star that wasn't a DARK, LIGHT, Spellcaster, Warrior, or Fiend and it also had to have at least 4000/0 ATK and DEF. So yeah I came across this "Revival Jam" like image in Nightmarian's Image Archive and just had to use it. Also and I quote in Darth Browarod's words "maybe make a super special chaos that removes 2 each of light and dark".

ragnarok1945
the card isn't loading on my PC, so I'll just rate the balanced effect at 9.5/

ragnarok1945
yeah well I was expecting at least 3500 atk for this anyway, shame it has no def though
SushiTheLegend
Yeah well we had restrictions we had to follow and it being an 11/12 Star and having 4000 ATK and 0 DEF were a few of them.
Jolta
0 DEF, interesting!10/10Especially the pic.

Eury
Awesome Chaos support. Fits well since it's a bit broken. :/ 10/10 =D
SushiTheLegend
I'm surprised with all the rates that it's rated 2 star, lol.
Legendary Voltaic
What's a card contest? I think it's overpowered, but that's my opinion... You get so much for 2 LIGHT and DARK being removed.

Legendary Voltaic
CED is banned from tournament play though... I think your host (Arc) was being really stupid with the requirements.
Godot
9.8/10 Reason: I sorta dislike the Counter effect. 4000 ATK, Remove counter, stays alive, then inflicts 500 damage. I think that's a little OP'd. But that's me.
SushiTheLegend
Chaos monsters are OP'd though, I would of thought the 0 DEF made up for it and the fact that the summoning requirement is doubled.
Godot
I guess it would. But still, just pointing out my opinion. Pic is great by the way.
Night
i agree, its kind of op'ed, but ill give it a 9.9/10 cuz the effect is pretty cool, and pic is awsome.

Jolta
A little Oped? Why didja guys say so? Somethin' to do with the 4000 ATK?But IMO, the DEF is low so it makes up for the ATK.
