Dark Mousy
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Natural Convulsion". This monster is also treated as a DARK monster while it is face-up on the field. You can flip this card into face-down Defense Position during once per turn during your Main Phase. As long as this monster is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all Spell and Trap cards that target this card and destroy them. When this card is flipped face-up, you can Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from the Graveyard. GFX is done by me. Enjoy!

Dark Mousy
Sword is different though, cape is different too. Anyways, I found it on a source that's no where close to Soul Calibur.

Dark Mousy
The source is not from SC4. Perhaps the artist got an inspiration from there, but no it is not.
