IF BESD were easy to Summon,because in may opinion,the BESD is quite hard to be summoned.

Not bad, the image isn't the greatest (text in the lower left corner/black border), and the OCG is O.K.

 

It would be a fine addition to a Dragon based deck, but it isn't the most playable, considering the Summoning conditions and the constant LP payment.

I would change the summoning requirement for the card, as it would never see any use if it required getting out BEUD and then BESD. Then the basic effect is rather unoriginal and underpowered, the LP halving being a major cripple not made up for by the protection and small beat-sticking capabilities.

if you combine the Radiant Dragon with this card you can get a powerful combo.And the LP to pay can be resolved with a Barrel Behind the Door or Rainbow Life trap.
