If so, have any of you read HarryWriter's Order of the Phoenix & Ring of Ancients? And if that's a yes, could you send them to me? :P Yeah, just being hopeful. I did everything possible to try and find them before posting this thread (I found Ring of the Ancients but I can't find Order of the Phoenix). I did everything possible to try and find them before posting this thread (I found Ring of the Ancients but I can't find Order of the Phoenix). I won't deny that the majority of Fan-Fiction is exactly that, but I've found a number of talented writers and I've followed Fan-Fiction ever since reading HarryWriter's 'Ring of the Ancients' and MelindaLeo's 'Seventh Horcrux'. There's two talented Fan-Fic writers right there, along with whydoyouneedtoknow and others. I don't find it a hassle to find them, I just search FanFiction.net for Fan-Fics that are a decent length and have an interesting Summary, then read the first Chapter to decide how good they are and if I should continue reading. /nostalgic rant Couldn't find anything? I've found just searching 'HarryWriter fic' gets a few results of people like me trying to find the lost data. Annoying thing is, I had them both on my old Laptop before it... blew up. "good writers" tend to do fanfic as a hobby, and really don't update, because they have other stuff they'd rather be doing... >_> (own experience) If I'm nostalgic, I'll hit up fanfic.net every now and then. Or using Bing and other search engines? As far as the fan fic topic goes, I don't know much about fan fics, but from what I understand, they are stories that sort of add on to the story of a video game, TV show, Novel, Movie, etc. I also understand how they can be what OMGAK said. But, like people, there are good and bad of everything, you just have to find them. However, this fan fic seems to be eluding you. Perhaps you should: Go to the forum that you found the othersLook at his profile to find a website he hasTry to see if he has links to other sites where he keeps his fics so people will read the sequels Have you tried those yet?
