Takamea's Story(Finished)

On one sunny day Takamea and Akura were going to the park for a picnic.

“Akura I wonder where Kiba and Akamaru are, they said that they’d meet us.” Takamea said to Akura while lying down a light blue blanket and setting the basket down on it. Akura sat on the blanket and barked.

In a cloud of smoke Kiba and Akamaru appeared.

“Sorry we’re late Takamea.” Kiba said. Akamaru walked over and touched noses with Akura in greeting.

“No problem Kiba.” Takamea smiled as she sat on the blanket.

He sat beside her and she handed him a sandwich.

“Thanks Takamea,” He said taking a bite then remarked, “These are delicious.”

“Thanks Kiba I made them especially for this occasion.” Takamea said getting her one.

After the meal was over they lay on the grass and stared up at the fading light in the sky.

“Hey Takamea you know something?” Kiba asked

“What.” She said

“The night makes you look even more beautiful.” Kiba said looking at his love.

“Thank you Kiba.” Takamea said a faint hint of red on her cheeks.

They watched the moon rise into the black sky before getting up and packing the picnic.

“I’ll walk you home if you want.” Kiba offered.

“No thanks I can manage and besides my home isn’t that far.” Takamea said shyly.

“But you never know what could happen come on let me walk you home.” Kiba said.

“No I can manage thanks.” Takamea said running off before he could protest. Akura gave Kiba a confused look before following Takamea. Takamea stopped around the corner and waited for Akura. Akura barked silently at Takamea.

“No Akura I’m fine but thanks for being worried, come on let’s go home.” Takamea whispered and hint of redness showing on her face.

Takamea walked around the last corner before her home and a man bumped into her.

“Well well looky here a little girl. What are you doing out so late?” the man asked.

Takamea could smell the liquor on his breath. ‘Oh no he’s drunk.’ She thought. Akura growled baring her fang at the man.

Takamea tried to back up but the man caught her arm.

“I need me a pretty young lady like you around.” He said smiling.

“No let go of me.” Takamea said struggling to get her hand free. Akura’s muscles tensed as she got ready to jump.

Suddenly a kunai came out of no where landed on the ground next to the man’s feet. Kiba burst from the trees and punched the man knocking him into a sign.

“Takamea are you okay?” Kiba asked embracing her in his arms.

Takamea didn’t say anything instead tears ran down her face as she buried her head into his chest.

“Hey, It’s okay You’re safe.” Kiba said soothingly rubbing the back of her head.

Takamea looked up at him.

“Thank you for saving me.” She said.

“No problem but I’m not letting you stay around here by yourself. Why don’t you come home with me?” He asked nuzzling his face to hers.

“Okay.” She whispered.

He walked with her half the way then carried her the rest because she was asleep on her feet. He laid her into his bed and crawled in beside her. She snuggled up to him and he pulled the cover over their bodies and drifted to sleep.

The next morning when Takamea woke up Kiba was gone and Akura sat on the foot of the bed watching her.

“Good morning Akura, um where’s Kiba?” She said.

Akura barked turning her head toward the door.

Takamea came out of the room with Akura at her side, and almost walked into Kiba in the kitchen. He caught her in his arms.

“Oh Takamea good morning I was just coming to wake you up.” He grinned.

“Oh good morning Kiba.” She said a hint of redness on her cheeks.

“Oh Takamea we didn’t know you were here.” Tsume said as Hana looked up from the stove.

“I saved her from a drunk idiot on her way home and I told her she could stay here.” Kiba explained.

“Oh that’s fine, Takamea you’re always welcome here.” Hana said as Tsume nodded.

Akura whimpered.

“You’re hungry oh I’m sorry.” Takamea said, “Can she have some dog food?”

“Yes, I’ll get it.” Kiba said then went to a cabinet and pulled out a dish then went to another and poured some food in it and set it on the floor. Akura ate it hungrily.

Takamea sighed.

“What’s wrong?” Kiba asked concerned.

“Huh? Oh nothing.” Takamea said.

“Come and eat breakfast.” Tsume said.

After breakfast Kiba and Takamea with the dogs went for a walk in the woods.

“Hey Kiba can I ask you something?” Takamea said.

“Sure what?” Kiba asked.

“I want to practice my fighting moves and I was wondering if you would help me train?” She asked not looking at him.

“Sure I’ll help, we can train this afternoon.” Kiba said as Takamea nodded.

Later in the afternoon Kiba and Takamea arrived at the training hollow alone.

“You ready?” Kiba asked.

“Yep.” Takamea smiled.

As they got ready Akura and Akamaru walked up and sat under a near by tree shade watching.

“Ninja Art of Beast mimicry All fourths jutsu.” Kiba said putting his hands together. His fingernails grew long and his fangs got slightly longer as he got on all fours.

“All fourths jutsu.” Takamea said her fingernails growing long like Kiba’s did, but she stayed on two legs.

Kiba lunged at her with lightening speed but she dodged it just in time jumping aside. She lunged clawing at his eyes but he shoved her off.

“Shadow Clone Jutsu.” She said and five shadow clones appeared.

“Heh I can smell the real you Takamea. Do you think I’m that stupid.” Kiba said appearing behind what he thought was the real Takamea. He grabbed her and growled in her ear,

“Come on you know you can’t beat me.”

She smiled and disappeared. Kiba looked surprised as Takamea appeared in front of him and jumped back with her hands together.

“Fang over fang.” she said as wind swirled around her.

“Ultimate Taijutsu Fang over fang.” Kiba said hastily putting his hands together.

The wind vortexes headed straight toward one another. There was a loud explosion and dust filled the air. When the dust cleared both Kiba and Takamea appeared.

“Okay now I’m tired of playing nice,” Takamea said putting her hands together, “Pedal chains of love jutsu.”

Chains made of pedals formed and headed straight for Kiba he clawed frantically but the pedals wrapped around his arms and legs holding him still. Takamea walked up to him smiling.

“How was that?” She asked.

“Good now can you let me go?” He said.

She released the jutsu and he fell to the ground.

“Takamea you are amazing you know.” Kiba said standing up.

“Yes I know Kiba.” Takamea said softly.

“How about I buy you supper tonight?” Kiba offered.

“Really I’d like that.” She said in her sweet soft voice.

Akamaru and Akura bounded over to them.

“Come on we can ride Akamaru home.” Kiba said.

“Do you mind Akamaru?” Takamea asked.

Akamaru shook his head and kneeled down for Takamea to climb on his back. Akura sat in Takamea’s lap while Kiba sat behind Takamea.

Akamaru darted of toward Kiba’s home. When they arrived Hana Kiba’s sister stepped out of the house.

“Hello Takamea are you gonna stay the night again?” Hana asked.

“Yes if that’s okay.” Takamea said getting off Akamaru’s back.

“Of course well how are you and Akura doing?” She said.

“Oh we’re fine it’s just Akura has a little flea problem.” Takamea said.

“I have just the thing.” Hana said as she went into the house. Takamea and Kiba followed her into the kitchen. She gave Takamea a little jar with a black label on it.

“Thank you.” Takamea said.

Kiba sat on the couch and Takamea sat beside him. The house was empty now. Hana had to run an erin for Tsunade, and Tsume was out on a mission.

When night fell, Kiba carried Takamea to eat at the Ichiraku Ramen Bar. When they arrived there Naruto was there sitting and eating a bowl of ramen.

“Howdy would you two like anything?” Teuchi asked.

“Yes I’d like a bowl of beef ramen.” Takamea said.

“And I’d like a bowl of red bean soup.” Kiba said sitting down beside Naruto.

“Hey Kiba, Hey Takamea.” Naruto greeted slurping on ramen.

“Hey Naruto.” Kiba said while Takamea nodded her greeting.

After the meal they said good bye to Naruto and Teuchi and walked around the village for a while. Kiba walked Takamea home and she stood on her porch.

“Thank you Kiba I had a great time.” She said.

He smirked and walked up to her pressing his lips against hers.

“Good night Takamea I’ll see you in the morning.” He whispered the walked off.

“Yeah see you tomorrow.” She repeated to herself and walked inside.

The next morning Kiba arrived at Takamea’s house before the sun came up. He used the spare key she had hidden in a plant to get in. He walked into her room and sat on the edge of her bed watching her sleep. When Takamea was awakened by the smell of eggs and bacon. She walked into the kitchen and gasped when she saw Kiba.

“Kiba you’re here why didn’t you wake me?” She asked.

“Oh you looked so peaceful I couldn’t have awoken you.” He smirked.

She blushed a little as he set a plate on the table.

“I cooked you breakfast,” he said.

After she finished eating they left her house and walked around the village. After the walk they headed to Kiba’s house.

“Mom and Hana are gone on a mission and won’t be back in three days.” Kiba said as the entered the empty house.

Later than day they were walking around when Hinata and Shino came up.

“Hey Shino hey Hinata.” Kiba greeted.

“Hello you two.” Takamea said.

“Hello.” Hinata said as Shino greeted.

“Kiba you promised to train with us today.” Hinata reminded him.

“Oh yeah I forgot,” He said then asked, “Takamea you want to come watch?”

“Sure Kiba I’ll come.” She answered.

At the training hollow, and Shino and Kiba faced each other.

Bugs formed around Shino as his muscles tensed. Kiba took out a kunai glancing at Takamea before he leaped at Shino. The bugs blocked the kunai easily as Kiba jumped back quickly.

“Man Beast Ultimate Taijutsu Fang over Fang!” He said wind starting to swirl around him.

“Wall of Insects.” Shino said as bugs formed a wall between him and Kiba. Kiba jumped swirling toward Shino and hit the bug wall. He was thrown backwards and landed on his back getting the breath knocked out of him for a couple of minutes. When he got to his feet Shino stood beside him his arms crossed.

“You should pay more attention to you’re opponent rather than something else.” Shino scolded glancing at Takamea.

“Yeah yeah Shino I know.” Kiba growled embarrassed by his loss in front of his love.

Takamea looked down shamefully. Kiba noticed her and got to his feet facing Shino.

“You know you don’t have to bring Takamea into this. I lost so what it’s done.” He growled angered protection in his voice.

“But it is fact that you have won every match with her not here.” Shino stated.

“Shut up Shino! It’s not Takamea’s fault that I wasn’t paying attention.” He said angrily.

“Shino may be right Kiba, you’ve always won without Takamea here” Hinata said coming to stand by Shino.

“Oh so you’re taking his side now?” Kiba growled at the girl.

“No Kiba I’m not on anyone’s side.” She stuttered flinching.

Kiba looked at the tree Takamea was sitting at before the commotion. He gasped as the others turned to look. Takamea was gone. He shot a hostile glance at Shino then at Hinata before running off. He quickly picked up Takamea’s sweet scent heading toward her house. He picked up his pace arriving at her house as she slipped in. He caught the door as she went to shut it and pried it open to let himself in. She ran to her room and he followed shutting the door behind him. She sat on her bed tears streaming down her face. He sat next to her wiping the tears away with his sleeves, and getting the hair out of her face. She pressed up against him.

“Takamea I’m sorry they didn’t it.” He whispered in her ear softly.

“No I’m sorry for making you lose.” She sobbed.

“You didn’t make me lose Takamea.” He comforted.

“Yes I did, you heard what Shino said as well as I did.” She said sadly.

“Don’t worry about what Shino says, he’s trying to become team leader anyway he can.” Kiba said rubbing her hair.

She got up shaking her head disbelieving.

Kiba got up and pushed her gently against the wall looking deep into her ice blue eyes before slowly and gently placing his lips against hers. She closed her eyes taking in the kiss fully. After a few minutes they broke apart needing air.

Kiba smirked looking Takamea over with his eyes before looking her in the face. Takamea noticed the devilish smirk on his face and her heartbeat quickened rapidly. He walked toward her slowly. She backed up but the wall behind her stopped her escape. He edged closer until he was standing in front of her.

“Kiba what are you....” she started but was cut off by his lips rapidly and roughly meeting hers again. This time he let his hands travel her body stopping at the zipper to her jacket. He started to pull it down slowly.

“Kiba stop.” She struggled to break his kiss succeeding and grabbing his wrist.

“Why?” He smirked.

“Were to young.” She breathed her voice shaking.

“To young I’m sixteen and you’re fifteen. Why are we too young?” he said in a slow tone that made Takamea shudder.

“Because I’m not ready.” Her voice shook worst.

“Okay.” he said zipping her jacket back up and turning away.

Takamea watched him relief washing over her. Kiba stopped at the door sniffing the air. With a glance at Takamea he opened the door and two shapes entered the room. Kiba flipped on the light.

Akamaru, Akura.” Takamea said surprised in her voice.

Akura looked at Takamea worriedly; she had never seen Takamea so surprised in her whole life.

“Hey Akamaru, you and Akura go outside for a second I want to talk with Takamea privately.” Kiba said putting his hand on the large dog’s head.

He nodded calling to Akura as he trotted out the door. Akura hesitated a little but with a nod from Takamea she followed glancing worried over her shoulders at Takamea.

Now that they were alone again.

“Takamea I’m sorry for the way I acted.” Kiba apologized shamefully.

“It’s okay Kiba I forgive you.” She said love showing in her ice blue gaze.

Kiba embraced his love.

“I love you Takamea.” He whispered in her ear.

“I love you too Kiba.” She said tears running down her face.

The next morning after breakfast Takamea accompanied Kiba to welcome his mom and sister back from their mission.

“Mom, Hana welcome home.” Kiba called as soon as the came into view.

“Hello Kiba Takamea, it’s good to be bad.” Hana said as they come closer.

“Hana you can go home and be starting supper while I report the mission to Lord Hokage.” Tsume said.

“Okay mom.” Hana said watching as Tsume ran off toward the Hokage’s mansion.

Hana walked home with Kiba and Takamea.

“Hey Takamea I got to ask you how did you ever come to like Kiba?” Hana asked with a tensing gleam in her eye.

Kiba looked at Hana angrily.

“She don’t want to answer a question like that.” He growled a hint of red on his cheeks.

“I don’t mind,” Takamea sighed, “To be honest I really don’t remember when I started liking him I just did.”

“Really?” Hana asked surprised.

Kiba’s face got redder as he looked down.

Takamea nodded.

“It just happened, like a leaf falls out of a tree.” she said.

Hana glanced at Kiba and laughed.

“Kiba you should see your face.” She laughed.

His face was totally red as he twitched a little.

They arrived home and Hana started dinner with Takamea helping her. Tsume arrived about twenty minutes later and they sat down to eat. A knock came on the door and Kiba went to answer it.

“Hello Kiba.” Shikamaru greeted.

“Hey Shikamaru, how’s things been going?” Kiba asked.

“Good very good, um Takamea wouldn’t happen to be here cause I checked her house.” He asked.

“Yeah she’s here you wanna talk to her?” Kiba said.

“Actually it’s the both of you I want to talk to.” Shikamaru said.

Kiba called Takamea to the door and they listened closely to Shikamaru.

“So the Hokage needs someone with good senses to deliver this item to the Sand Village.” Shikamaru finished as Kiba heaved a sigh.

“When do we deliver this ‘item’?” Takamea asked putting her hands on Kiba’s shoulders.

“Tomorrow morning at eight you should be on the way there with the item and if all goes well it should only take an hour.” Shikamaru said, “I’ll meet you at the village gate with the item in the morning.”

Kiba nodded and Shikamaru disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

That night in Kiba’s room they were packing their stuff.

“I wish we weren’t going ton the dumb mission.” Kiba complained.

“Why Kiba I’m looking forward to going.” Takamea said cheerfully.

“Because things were getting so enjoyable.” He said smirking as Takamea turned around.

“Oh right.” She said remembering, “But the Hokage think we’re the best, and I don’t want to disappoint her.”

Kiba looked at her sweetly for a moment before finishing packing his things.

The next morning Kiba awoke before Takamea. He placed his hand on her shoulder and shook her lightly.

“Takamea wake up, remember our mission.” He whispered in her ear as she snuggled closer to him.

She opened her eyes slightly yawning and sitting up.

He got up and slipped a shirt over his chest. She said up and put on her jacket and grabbed her pack. They were at the village gates at seven thirty. Shikamaru was waiting and as soon as Takamea and Kiba arrived he gave them the item and watched them leave. When they arrived at the Sand Village Temari greeted them.

“Hey you two I see you had no trouble getting here.” She observed.

“Yes everything was unusually quiet. Is there a villain meeting we don’t know about.” Kiba joked, as Temari laughed a little.

“Follow me Gaara is expecting you.” She said walking off. Takamea and Kiba followed silently. Takamea took in her first sights of the Village Hidden in the Sand. She was amazed how anyone could live in a bare place like this. They walked up to a large structure that had the symbol Wind engraved in the walls. Temari lead the in the building climbing stairs until the reached the top floor and turned down a hall with two huge doors at the end of it. Temari knocked on the doors and they slowly opened to reveal a large room with a desk in the center and glass windows all around.

The chair behind the desk turned slowly to reveal Gaara.

“Welcome to the Sand Village.” He welcomed in a hard but friendly voice.

“Thank you Gaara.” Kiba said.

Takamea looked at the red hair teenager in the chair. Gaara looked her in the eyes and bowed his head slightly.

“Welcome Takamea, this is your first time here right?” He asked.

“Um Yes sir it is.” She said respectfully.

He chuckled a little.

“Gaara they brought the ‘item’ from the Leaf.” Temari spoke up.

Gaara’s expression changed to serious, “Excellent.”

Kiba handed over the ‘item’ and stood by Takamea.

“Okay Excellent, Thank you both for delivering this the Sand Village thanks you.” Gaara said dismissing them.

They set out to return to the Leaf Village and arrived back at dusk. They traveled to the Hokage’s to report the mission then went to Kiba’s house. They both were exhausted and went straight to bed. The next morning when Kiba awoke Takamea was cuddled up to him. He looked down at her sleeping form and moved the hair out of her face. He wished that moment would last forever but he knew it wouldn’t as she began to stir. She lifted her head sleepily hair falling on her face.

“Takamea are you hungry?” He asked softly in her ear.

“I’m starving.” She yawned.

“Okay I’ll go wake Hana up you go back to sleep I’ll wake you went breakfast is done.” He said kissing her forehead. She laid her head back on the pillow and soon was asleep again.

“Takamea wake up Breakfast is ready.” Kiba whispered into her ear. She sat up sleepily rubbing her eyes and followed him into the kitchen. After breakfast Kiba slipped out the house while Takamea was help Hana with the dishes. He was meeting with Sakura and Ino today and he hadn’t told Takamea.

Takamea finished up the dishes then noticed Kiba was gone. She walked into his bedroom and found a note on the bed.

It read:

“Hey Takamea sorry for leaving with out telling you I’m supposed to train with Shino and Hinata today and I didn’t want them to say anything about you. I’ll be in by nightfall.”

She put down the note thinking to herself. She decided to go looking for him.

She searched all over town but there was no sight of him, she rounded a corner and nearly collided with Hinata.

She stopped and spun around.

“Oh Takamea.” Hinata said looking down.

Takamea didn’t say and thing just turned to walk away.

“Takamea wait I’m sorry about what happen when Kiba fought Shino, I didn’t mean to make you upset, I’m sorry.” Hinata said running up to her.

“It’s okay don’t worry about it but I thought Kiba was supposed to train with you and Shino today.” Takamea said facing Hinata.

“Oh no he yelled at us for upsetting you and he said he wouldn’t train with us anymore.” She said sounding ashamed of herself.

Takamea stared at the girl for a minute.

“Takamea what’s wrong.” Hinata asked.

“Oh nothing but I have to go Hinata. And really I forgive you.” She said running off.

‘Kiba Inuzuka how dare you lie to me.’ She screamed in her mind.

She rounded a corner and stopped dead in her track staring a head of her. Kiba was sitting in between Ino and Sakura. Kiba looked up as his eyes locked with Takamea’s for a brief second.

“Oh no.” He said to himself and Ino and Sakura looked in Takamea’s direction confused.

Takamea broke eye contact with Kiba and disappeared into a crowd, leaving Kiba to stare after her.

“Kiba what was all that?” Sakura asked confused.

“Um I didn’t tell Takamea I was meeting with you two she thought I was with Shino and Hinata training.” Kiba said getting up.

“What!” Both of the girls screamed at him.

“Go after her and explain yourself,” Ino ordered, “and hurry!”

Kiba ran after Takamea easily following her sweet scent. He stopped at her house and knocked on the door.

“GO away!” She said her voice muffled in tears.”

“Come on Takamea it’s not what you think.” Kiba pleaded.

“I said go away Kiba I don’t want to talk to you ever.” She screamed before breaking down in tears.

He went around to her window and opened it and slipped inside. He hid as she entered the room and jumped on her bed. He walked out from his hiding place.

“Takamea.” He breathed.

She looked up at him anger and pain glistening in her ice blue eyes. He came up to her bed slowly.

“Takamea let me explain myself.” He said.

She sat up on her bed staring at him.

“The only reason I was with Sakura and Ino was to get some help with something.” He finished looking at the floor hoping she believed him. Takamea’s expression lighted to embarrassment.

“Oh Kiba I’m so sorry.” She said jumping up and embracing his neck. He wrapped her in his strong arms locking his lips with hers.

“Takamea I’m sorry for lying to you. I love you. You know that.” He said breaking the kiss.

“I love you too Kiba and yes I know.” She said with what seemed like all the love in the world in her voice.

Takamea returned with Kiba to his house.

The next morning Kiba was awoken by something walking on him. He opened his eyes slightly and Akura licked his face.

She barked three or four times.

“Okay okay I’m up I’m up.” He said getting out of bed and following the small dog out of his room. After breakfast Takamea decided to go shopping with Akura, while Kiba and Akamaru practiced they combo attacks.

Later that day Kiba left out on a mission with Shino and Hinata heading toward the Mist Village helping out with a cargo shipment.

Takamea decided to go to her house and straighten up and check on the food. The rest of the day she went around visiting every one in the village. Helping out with small jobs and visiting the hot springs. She and Akura went for a walk in the forest and practiced they’re combination attacks.

It was nearly midnight when Kiba and his squad returned to the Leaf. He said quick good byes to his teammates then rushed home to see Takamea. She looked like she was asleep, but as he entered the room she lifted her head.

“Kiba welcome home.” She said sleepily.

He crawled into bed next to her and they both instantly fell asleep.

The next day around noon Kiba was with Takamea in the park with the dogs. He’d taken her everywhere and they had a good time.

“Kiba I had a real fun day today.” She smiled as the sat on the grass.

“You did that’s great Takamea I had a fun day too, but.” He said looking down at the ground.

Takamea looked at him worriedly.

“Kiba is something wrong?” She asked alarmed.

“Oh I just wanted to know something,” he said digging in his jacket pocket and pulling out a box with pink lace and opening it, “Takamea when we get old enough, Will you marry me?”

“Yes.” She breathed looking at the diamond ring inside the pink-laced box.

Warriors: Wind Clan's Story(Unfinished)

The sun sank below the horizon and the sky grew darker. The wind rustled and rippled the grass that covered the open moorland. A shape was stillhoused on a nearby hill watching the sinking sun.

“Feathertail..” he murmured sadly a flash of grief showing in his eyes. He pricked his ears toward the bottom of the hill, hearing paw steps coming toward him.

“Crowfeather.” the voice called.

He turned around slowly.

“Yes what is it Heatherpaw?”

“Barkface wants to see you.” She said shyly eyeing the wound on his neck.

He sighed and got to his paws, trotting down toward her. He stopped touching her on the shoulder with his tail before going into the camp. Heatherpaw stared at the woods in the distance narrowing her eyes.

“Lionpaw, how did I ever like you?” she hissed, poison in her voice to herself.

She pictured the battle the night before, Lionpaw stood over her injured mentor, Crowfeather. She dug her claws into the ground to keep herself from yowling.

‘If I ever see him again I’ll claw his fur off.’ She thought grimly turning and heading into camp.

In the medicine den Crowfeather sat, his shoulders sagging as Barkface inspected his wound.

“Hmm not infected and well cleaned, I think you’ll be alright, but I would prefer u not to do any hard training, I might still open up again,” he said narrowing his eyes before continuing, “I mean it Crowfeather no hard training.”

Crowfeather nodded standing and padding into the camp’s clearing. He padded to the freshkill pile where Tornear and Owlwhisker were sharing a rabbit.

Tornear looked up as he neared them.

“Hey Crowfeather, How’s the wound?” he asked sensually.

“It’s okay, but Barkface said I couldn’t do any hard training but that’s all.” He replied his voice dull with tiredness.

He padded to the pile grabbing a sparrow from the top and settling down to eat it.

“Let all those old enough to catch their own gather beneath Tallrock for a meeting!” a voice sounded around the clearing as Onestar, WindClan’s leader, bounded and leapt on top of a huge boulder. Crowfeather gulped down his meal and joined his clanmates beneath Tallrock. Heatherpaw padded from the apprentices’ den and sat beside him.

Onestar stared down at his clan gathering before him as he began,

“We have now proven that WindClan do not need another clan’s help to survive,” he meowed his voice bold and strong, “WindClan have been weak in the past, but no anymore.”

Yowls of agreement rose from the warriors below. Crowfeather looked down at his paws not joining his clan. Onestar signaled for silence before continuing

“ThunderClan now know that they can not just come onto this territory and tell us what to do!”

With the mention of ThunderClan Crowfeather pictured a cat with light brown tabby fur and amber eyes sitting outside a bramble den. Her pelt smelling of herbs.

‘Leafpool.’ He thought sadly as he shifted a sigh.

“Crowfeather!”

He jerked his head up to see his clanmates and leader starring at him.

“Crowfeather, are you alright?” Onestar asked narrowing his eyes.

“Yes, tired that’s all.” He answered in a low voice.

Onestar nodded and dismissed the meeting. Crowfeather stood and walked over to where the warriors slept and curled into a ball and instantly fell asleep. Heatherpaw padded over to her clanmate Breezepaw. He looked up from washing, nodding abruptly before continuing. She sat beside him and turned to wash her back looking up when she heard Whitetail, Breezepaw’s mentor, padding toward them.

“Breezepaw, you’re going on the morning patrol with Ashfoot, Harespring, and me. “ she informed him.

“Okay.” He said not looking up.

She padded off towards the warriors’ den. Heatherpaw stretched out and slowly drifted into sleep.

Crowfeather opened his eyes and stared around, he was at the lake.

“How’d I get here?” he asked.

“Crowfeather.” A sweet voice called him.

He stared around looking for the cat that called his name.

“Crowfeather.” The voice called again as a shape appeared in front of him. He immediately recognized the light gray pelt and the blue eyes.

“Feathertail.” He breathed happily.

“My beloved.” She whispered.

Crowfeather stepped forward and gently brushed his muzzle with hers.

“I’ve missed you so much Feathertail.” He whispered sadly.

“My beloved I’ll always be here for you, so don’t be sad,” She said her voice soft, “ I am here now because you need me. You’re worried about Leafpool.”

He looked at her surprised in his eyes, would she be angry with him for falling for another cat?

“Yes, Crowfeather I know of your feelings for Leafpool, and she is alright.” She said as her shape began to fade into the darkness, “Good bye my beloved Crowfeather.”

“NO! Feathertail wait don’t leave me NO!” he yowled but she was gone and darkness surrounded him.

He woke with a jolt and looked up at the sky which was growing light with the rising sun and the stars of Silverpelt were fading. He stood and stretched looking at the freshkill pile.

Heatherpaw padded towards him.

“Can we go hunting?” she asked looking at the pile.

“Yes come on let’s go.” HE said trotting toward the entrance, Heatherpaw behind him onto the moor.

“Where do you think we should hunt?” he tested her.

“Well this early we should try out by the lake.” She answered flicking her tail.

He nodded and they padded toward the lake, they’re bodies close to the ground. Crowfeather spotted a large rabbit eating with its back to them. Heatherpaw saw it too and looked at her mentor. The rabbit suddenly looked at something then bolted. Crowfeather hissed and took off after it. Heatherpaw raced after him and caught up to see the rabbit run down its hole. Crowfeather hissed again and glared around to see who scared the prey. He narrowed his eyes as he spotted Weaselfur staring at him from a nearby hilltop. Heatherpaw looked at her mentor then at Weaselfur. “Mouse-brained fool.” Crowfeather hissed, “he scared the prey.” Weaselfur dashed and stopped in front of him

Chapter One: Bloody Night]

She sat in a dark reclining chair, waiting. Waiting for a sound, a sign that might indicate his return. Her normally brown eyes glowed red in the faint moonlight that washed into the room.

Her muscles were tense; her claws dug into the arm of the chair. As she thought she bared her fangs a low growl escaping as she mumbled,

“Damn you Mako.”

She raised her head suddenly, a familiar scent reaching her scent glands. The door creaked open and a man strolled in, his cape rustled as he shut the door. He turned a surprised look appeared on his face as he saw the girl.

“Kitty.” He said, his tone surprised, worried.

In a flash as quick as lightening she was out of the chair and had him pinned against the wall.

“Now Mako where have you been?” she asked, her eyes flashing, her voice strained with suppressed anger.

He gulped as he stared into her almost burning eyes.

“No where just out.” He lied smiling slightly.

“Yeah right! Mako you can’t fool me. Not when I can smell the bastards scent all over you!” She yelled tears welling in her eyes.

She hated this, whenever she got mad her emotions got outta control.

Mako tensed, he knew he wouldn’t get out of this easily.

“Oh come on Kitty, you know I must feed.” He said his tone soft as he tried to calm her.

“Yes Mako you have to feed, as do I but you don’t have to funk every jabroni you feed off of.” She hissed, poison in her voice.

“Now come on Kitty, I can’t have a little fun while I feed?” he asked, a devilish grin appearing on his face.

She growled, raising her hand to deliver a slap to him, but Mako caught her hand and quickly reversed their positions. He grabbed her other hand, raising both above her head. She bared her fangs as she glared up at him.

His eyes flashed calmly but with caution, for he knew her anger.

“Now will you calm down and listen?” He asked softly but there was warning in his voice.

She looked down which was as close to a ‘yes’ as he was gonna get.

“We go through this everytime, look,” He met his eyes with hers, “yes I enjoy a little fun while I feed. But you shouldn’t get mad because I love you and only you, those other girls are nothing to me.”

She held his intense gaze for a moment then she looked down her anger subsiding and her eyes turning back to brown.

He released her hands catching a peace of her brown hair between his fingers and placing it behind her ear.

He then took her hands in his again, raising her left hand to his lips, kissing it softly. Her heart skipped a beat as it began to race. He smiled, as he looked at her face, which was now flushed, red.

A silent laugh filled the room. Mako and Kitty looked with shocked expressions. A tall man with long brown hair and a sword strapped to his back was leaning against the far wall his expression amused.

“Damnit Levi can’t you knock!” Kitty said annoyed.

“I could’ve but all the yelling sounded interesting.” He grinned.

“How long have you been here?” Mako asked his voice hinted with anger.

“Not long,” Levi answered a sheepish grin appearing on his face, “but I ain’t alone.”

The window rattled, as it was slid open. Another man slipped in, he was tall with short brown hair, in his hand was a staff.

“Hey Keith.” Levi greeted.

Kitty rolled her eyes, mumbling just loud enough for Mako to hear,

“Great was every funking body we know listening.”

“So what are you doing here Keith?” Kitty asked.

“Well I was in the woods over there, and I heard all the yelling so I figured I’d come over and be nosey, I thought you were gonna kill Mako this time.” He said his voice casual but his expression showing with amusement.

She glared from Levi to Keith and back again.

“Oh come on you two, we go through this everytime, there isn’t anything new.” Mako said wrapping his arms around Kitty’s waist, trying to keep her calm.

“Yeah maybe but we can hope right.” Levi laughed.

A knock came on the door.

“Kitty, are you there?” a voice sounded.

“Come in.” Mako said, since Kitty was still glaring at Levi and Keith.

The door opened and a boy walked in, his skin slightly tanned and his black hair was ruffled up by the wind. He shut the door, looking at the four people in the room.

“Hello Adam.” Kitty said shifting a glance in his direction.

“Um Kitty, you don’t mind if I..” he stared before she cut him off.

“ You want to stay here because April kicked you out again.” She guessed obviously reading his mind.

He nodded hanging his head.

Mako looked at him sighing.

“Fine you can stay, you can sleep on the couch.” He said his voice hard.

Kitty shot him a swift glance.

“Well the night’s still young, but I better get back to my house otherwise I’ll have an angry girlfriend,” Levi said grimly, “See you around Mako, Kitty.” He disappeared.

Keith stepped to the open window,

“I better go too, I gotta go meet Nathan, see you two around.”

With that said he disappeared out the window and into the night.

“Damn idiots.” Mako growled.

Kitty let her tense muscles relax, ultimately letting her guard down as well. Mako snaked his arms around her embracing her in a hug. She leaned gratefully against his chest.

“Are you okay?” he asked lying his chin on top of her head.

“I don’t really know anymore.” She sighed.

Mako rolled his eyes slightly, pulling her over to the reclining chair. Once he sat he pulled her onto his lap. He reached stroking her hair lightly.

“What’s wrong?” he asked his voice a soft whisper.

“Nothing really I’m just a little tired.” She answered lying her head on his shoulder.

“Umm should I leave you two alone?” Adam’s question rang around the room.

“No you’re fine,” Kitty said before adding after getting a funny look from Mako, “Mako and I are going out.”

She stood walking to the closet picking out a black cloth jacket and slipping into it. She walked back to the living room, where Mako stood waiting at the door.

“Adam make yourself at home while we’re gone.” Kitty said going to the door.

“Okay,” Adam said, “Uh have fun.”

Kitty shot him a glance before slipping out the door Mako behind her.

Mako wrapped his arms around her.

“Ready?” he asked as he picked her up.

“Yes.” She whispered.

They disappeared moving quickly through the night traveling at the speed of light. They entered the forest, the trees flying by until they came to a stop in a moonlit clearing. He sat her down lightly.

“This is so beautiful.” She breathed walking out to the center of the clearing.

“Yes, beautiful.” Mako said appearing behind her placing his hands on her neck. She turned to look into his eyes, which flashed in the moonlight. Their eyes held each staring intently into one another. Mako slowly leaned his head down, his lips meeting Kitty’s. He wrapped his arms around her. Kitty could only stare astonished and surprised into his eyes. Her heart thumped loudly in her chest and her body grew hot. Mako withdrew although he kept his arms firmly around her to keep her steady.

“What was that? Sucking up?” Kitty asked, her voice breathless.

“Maybe, maybe not.” Mako smirked at her sudden show of weakness.

Kitty looked up at him her gaze pondering.

“What?” Mako asked.

“Nothing I’m just thinking.” Kitty answers shaking her head.

“Thinking hmm about what?” he asks running his fingers across her neck.

“Nothing important.” She says as a shudder shakes her body.

“Really” he whispers leaning his head down to her neck.

Her heart thumped louder as she felt his breath on her neck.

“Mako.” She breathes her voice shook, a hint of fear present.

He withdrew staring into her now wide fearful eyes. He smiled softly, “it’s okay, I’d never do anything to hurt you.”

Anger and mockery appeared on Kitty’s face, as she pushed him on his back, a growl rising in her throat. He stares at her for a moment.

“You’re thirsty.” He observed, worry creasing his voice, “When did you feed last?”

“Last week sometimes.” She shrugs, although her eyes showed crimson red from thirst.

“Go hunt.” Mako ordered, “I’ll wait here.”

She sighs, and nods reluctantly.

Standing she opens her mouth, letting her ‘thirst’ take its control, scenting the air. Her fangs glistened and her claws retracted as she scented the scent of a doe.

“Let the hunt begin.” She growled.

There was movement at the edge of the clearing as a young doe bolted from it’s hiding place. Kitty raced after it, she could hear its heart racing, fear pulsing from its fur. She saw it clearly running blindly through the undergrowth, its direction plummeted by panic. Kitty enjoyed the chases, she enjoyed seeing her prey run in blind terror trying in vain to escape her, and when it tired she would attack easy victory. But this time she couldn’t afford to wait because the deer was running right for town. She growled her hunt had to be cut short. She leapt crashing down on the deer’s back, breaking it, and it let out a painful cry. She sank her fangs into its neck, the blood washed into her mouth as she drank, her hunger subsiding. She drank until the deer’s body convulsed, its last breath escaping before its body fell still. It was dead.

Kitty stood sending a silent prayer for the dear’s soul, before wiping the blood from her lips and chin. Turning she leapt back to the clearing, where Mako sat waiting patiently.

“You killed it?” He asked as she emerged.

“I had no choice, I broke its back when I took it down, it would’ve died anyway.” She answered as she sat next to him.

“You regret it now correct.” he guessed searching her face.

“Yes.” She said looking down.

“It’ll be ok Kitty.” He soothes.

“No it won’t! How can it be? What if I loose control? Huh? You see how quickly thirst takes control, what if I attack one of my friends?” She cries, tears streaming down her face.

Mako holds her soothingly rubbing the back of her head.

“Kitty, it is okay. That’s why I’m around, you won’t lose control. You detest humans, so I don’t think you’d want their blood.” He says comfortingly.

“Are you so sure? I know you’ve noticed. My ‘thirst’ episodes are getting more frequent, more violent.” She whispers.

“Yes I have noticed, but I think that’s because you go so long without feeding and you suppress the ‘wild’ side as well.” He said kissing her forehead.

She chuckles in response.

“Now come my love, we better be getting back dawn is soon.” Mako says standing pulling Kitty up with him.

The two walk off hand in hand out of the clearing and into the fading darkness of the woods.
Chapter Two: Sunday Mishap]

The sun glistened into the room its rays weak against the fall morning. Mako twisted away from the light hissing.

“Damnit Kitty close the curtain.” He growled, the sun putting him in a bad mood.

“Fine grumpy.” She smiled amused as she slid the curtains back together darkness engulfed the room.

Mako turned looking at kitty, “Why don’t you come back to bed? I don’t see how you can stand the sun this early.”

“I can because I love the mornings and the sun isn’t directly shining, it’s overcast, and Adam will be up soon.” She purred.

He rolled his eyes sitting up he smirks, “Come back to bed please.”

Kitty smiles walking to the side of the bed. She leans looking at him her eyes gleaming evilly.

“No, why don’t you get up?” she grinned walking to the bedroom door, saying as she slipped out, “I’m going to make breakfast.”

“Women.” Mako growled shaking his head, pushing away the covers and getting up.

Although the morning was sunny not light shown in the house. Kitty walked silently through the house, coming into the living room as Adam stretched yawning and opened his eyes.

“Good morning.” Kitty says leaning over the back of the couch.

“Morning.” Adam yawned again sitting up on the couch.

“What do you want for breakfast?” She asks opening the fridge.

“Fried eggs.” Adam answered, “but I didn’t know you could cook.”

Kitty raised her eyebrow at him, and says sternly, “Yes I can cook but I don’t need to very often, seeing as Mako doesn’t eat human food and I don’t need to. So eggs it is.”

She cracks two eggs into a frying pan. The smell of eggs filled the house.

“What is that damn smell?” Mako growled appearing in the kitchen.

“Breakfast.” Kitty purred amused.

Mako shot a glance in Adam’s direction. After breakfast was done and Adam had eaten, they all sat in the living room, Kitty and Mako were trying to explain the whole vampire thing to Adam.

“Kitty I don’t get it, I mean you have to eat sometime right?” Adam asked totally confused.

“Yes that’s right I have to feed to survive.” Kitty answered but Adam’s reaction was more confusing glances.

“Look I’ll explain,” Mako begins, “Kitty don’t have to eat human food, it’s her choice, because she gets her nutrition from the animals she feeds off of, but she can get nutrition from human food as well. You understand now?”

Adam nodded in understanding. A knock came on the door.

“Levi and Keith.” Kitty says softly getting up to open the door.

Sure enough the two stroll in their expressions bleak.

“Hey you two what’s wrong?” Mako asks sensing the uneasy atmosphere.

“There was a human killing last night.” Levi said shifting a glance in Kitty’s direction.

“The victim has her throat ripped out and her room ripped apart.” Keith added in an uneasy cautioned tone.

“And you two think I have something to do with it.” Kitty finished harshly slamming the front door shut.

“All the signs point to you” Levi says warily tensing his muscles ready to defend himself.

“Well it wasn’t me, besides why would I attack a human? I don’t want their scent on me.” She hisses.

“Maybe because the victim was one of Mako’s prey,” Keith announced, “I mean we all know how jealous you can get.”

Kitty’s eyes narrowed to red slits.

“Now come on it wasn’t Kitty, cause she was here all night.” Mako says defensively, meaning the accusation was finished.

Levi and Keith looked at each other.

“Then who could have done it?” The question lingered in the air.

“Probably another vampire, like us. Only this one has lost control and went rabid, “Kitty mumbles, “In this case no one is safe until it’s destroyed.”

Mako, Levi, and Keith nod in agreement.

“Why?” Adam asked totally lost in the conversation.

“Because Adam, a beast with no control becomes a mindless killing machine, and the only way to stop it is to kill it.” Kitty explained her expression serious.

“But if it’s a vampire like you guys it shouldn’t stay right.” Levi said.

“No unfortunately it doesn’t work like that,” Kitty growled, “since it’s make its first kill here without being challenged, it’ll get homesteaded. We’ll have to deal with it immediately. ”

Kitty’s eyes flashed battle-hungry and her muscles flexed.

Mako appeared behind her wrapping her protectively in his arms.

“As much as I would love to disagree, she does have a point. When dark comes we’ll split into two groups I’ll go with Kitty to check town and Levi, go with Keith to check in the woods.” He said

“Ok got it.” Levi nodded.

“What do I do?” Adam asked.

“You will stay here where it’s safe,” Kitty hissed, “This is dangerous.”

Kitty left the room, returning to the bedroom. She opened the closet door and reached up to a self at the top. She pulled down a case and closed the door. She sets the case on the bed and unlocked it. She opens it slowly and stood gazing at the two swords which it held. She picked them up, rubbing the sheaths with her hand. She noticed a present in the room and Mako appeared at her side.

“I thought the time of killing was over for me.” She whispered worriedly.

“What are you so worried about? There’s one of it and four of us, everything will be fine.” Mako soothed.

“Will it be? I’m worried about you and the guys. I don’t want to loose you.” The fear and worry were clear in Kitty’s voice.

“Don’t worry baby. Nothing will hurt me and certainly nothing will touch you.” Mako whispered a smirk on his face.

She leaned against him and he leaned down kissing her.

The moon slowly rose into the night darkening night, washing away all signs of day. Kitty paced restlessly in the living room her senses on high alert. The two swords were strapped around her waist. Mako sat in the recliner his eyes glued to the fading light that washed into the room. Levi and Keith had left and were supposed to return at dark. Adam, who had begged all day to go on the hunt, now sat on the couch arms folded pouting.

“It’s time.” Kitty growled, Mako was already at the door waiting.

“Adam stay here.” Mako growled, following Kitty out. Levi and Keith stood waiting as the two emerge.

“Ready?” Levi asked.

Kitty and Mako both nodded.

“Now begins the hunt to search and destroy.” Kitty growled, her eyes red slits.

The four split up heading to patrol. The trees rustled as a shape jumped to the ground and slipped into the night heading towards town.
Chapter Three: Night of Hunter and Hunted]

The wind whipped Kitty’s brown hair as she and Mako jumped along rooftops. So far nothing, not a sight or sound of anything. The night was silent, empty nothing stirred.

“It’s to quiet.” Kitty said to Mako as they stopped on a rooftop.

Mako was about to answer when suddenly a blood shrilling howl split the air and something slammed into Mako knocking him off the roof sending him crashing to the ground.

“Mako!” Kitty screamed.

She turned finally seeing the creature and immediately recognizing it.

“Damn a werewolf.” She hissed.

The werewolf starred at her its mouth open and drool dripped from its glistening fangs. A low husky growl escaped its jaws and slowly turned into words.

“Vampire.” It repeated over and over its growl rising to a howl of hatred and rage.

Kitty took a step back her body paralyzed by fear. The werewolf stood on four legs its muscles tensed ready to spring. With eyes gleaming it sprang, Kitty closed her eyes ready for the pain. But instead, a whoosh of wind spun around her and she heard a yelp of pain from the werewolf. She opened her eyes slightly to see Mako standing a few feet from her, the werewolf lay in front of him, a sword sticking from its chest. Mako looked at her, his green eyes blazing with anger. Kitty felt dizzy like her legs couldn’t hold her up anymore, she fell to her knees, and Mako appeared instantly at her side.

“You okay?” He asked worriedly inspecting her body.

“Yeah I’m fi-” Kitty started but was cut off by a growling laughter.

The werewolf was on its feet staring at Kitty with interest.

“So vampire you have a weakness.” It growled to Mako.

“Touch her and I’ll rip you limb from limb!” Mako yelled the anger pouring out in every word of the threat.

The werewolf’s response was another amused laugh and then it growled threateningly, “You’re fond of her, how about I make her my target, or possibly my mate”

“Damn you!” Mako said leaping for the werewolf.

It easily jumped out of the way, its speed incredible. It landed behind Mako leaping straight at Kitty. With a howl of triumph, it racked its claws at her neck, slashing it and catching her side.

In a cloud of smoke Kiba and Akamaru appeared.

“Sorry we’re late Takamea.” Kiba said. Akamaru walked over and touched noses with Akura in greeting. Whoa, wait, is this actual fanfiction? And you still posted in General?

“No problem Kiba.” Takamea smiled as she sat on the blanket.

He sat beside her and she handed him a sandwich. inb4 OCxKiba Marysueness

Dammit, I'm too late.

“I need me a pretty young lady like you around.” He said smiling. inb4 Kiba comes to rescue, some teen angst, and they finally get together.

“No let go of me.” Takamea said struggling to get her hand free. Akura’s muscles tensed as she got ready to jump.

Suddenly a kunai came out of no where landed on the ground next to the man’s feet. Kiba burst from the trees and punched the man knocking him into a sign. Dammit, too late again.

“Takamea are you okay?” Kiba asked embracing her in his arms.

Takamea didn’t say anything instead tears ran down her face as she buried her head into his chest.

I stopped reading after that because this is a terribly generic plotline with marysue bleeding out of all its pores. Plus its in the wrong section.
